Used to Be Great
If the app wasn’t so buggy without support I’d give it more stars. I can’t sign in or register. When I try the message just says “_______ failed.” No explanation. Also, no “help” or “support” or “forgot my password” option. So now I’m locked out of the account with no recourse. The idea is tremendous and I’ve used it a number of times, which is what makes these bugs super annoying.

Great help to choose seats
This is a great app to look at the view before you purchase any seats.
I’ve only used it for UK theatre where the uploads have been really good.

Stopped working?
I’ve enjoyed this app but suddenly it no longer works. I get an error of an invalid entry no matter what theater I search. I deleted and re installed the app and now cannot log in bc it has no “forgot password” option.
Pretty useful but…
