Awful audience rewards integration
As I was trying to add my audience rewards number, the system created me a new account. Now I have to call audience rewards to fix that.

This app is gen 1 and not fully baked. There are plenty of excellent ticketing apps. Copy one of them. I don’t want to feel unwelcome every time I open this app.
Best Price, Worst App
The app is almost unusable, so many glitches, blows my mind. On my my iphones, all new versions, updated, 15 pro, it constantly cancels my order, gives me a white screen, won’t even load up the home page. it feels like an app from a decade ago. No backwards navigation either. it’s like they had some make a modified version of their website and didn’t realize how cumbersome and frustrating it is. Best price tho, but i have to use their website.
