Absolutely the worst though no surprise since the website itself is just as bad

It's not possible to get tickets via this app

After an hour trying to get through their buggy website you download the app

Poor performing app doesn't make sense

Every time I open it I have problems

It buffers endlessly, telling me it's 'updating'

It never stops updating

The only way to use it is to delete and reinstall the app

It's not user friendly or convenient

I just be able to click 'view my tickets' and be relocated to the bar code of my tickets

When I'm deciding between two shows and it's Telecharge or Ticketmaster, I go to the Ticketmaster show

Worst App I've ever experienced

I finally went to Ticketmaster & chose a Broadway Show that they represent

I couldn't even put in the date I wanted to buy my tix for

Very bad for business

Pretty much an embarrassingly useless app

They would do themselves a favor by removing it from the App Store

Nope — just lets you buy tickets...not have a record of having done so

It's Telecharge so they likely don't care due to their monopoly

The 'loading' indicator appears randomly and never goes away

No ability to effective purchase tickets with your an Amex or Audience Rewards member

How can they change service fees when what they do is actually is not service?!

It's janky and slow

Even after logging in it didn't save that I have access to AmEx preferred seating

I have to re-enter my AXP card number with every. single. search.

The worst is that it only gives me the same seat options for every show

Orch left or right or center orch by the aisle on the side. Nothing center.

I called AXP concierge and within 3 minutes she found dead center orch, exactly what I wanted.

Don't waste your time with this POS app.

It is the exact same thing as going to the website

This app (just like the site) is really out dated

It's slow and takes even longer than going to the website

They should take a cue from Ticketmaster and allow you to choose your own seats on a map

Or at least have that option

Get with the times Telecharge!

I just tried to use it on an iPhone 7 Plus and it's totally broken

I hoped I'd be able to login to my account and see my upcoming tickets like you can for Ticketmaster

You'd think they'd try to have a competitive app but their competitors are blowing them out of the water

Even my local theaters have better apps

Made me lose aisle seats several times

If you switch away from app (to look at seating chart) it discards the seats you were holding and makes you start again from scratch

Must work your way through all the options repeatedly to get to the one you wanted, IF it is still there.
