Awful audience rewards integration
As I was trying to add my audience rewards number, the system created me a new account. Now I have to call audience rewards to fix that.
Hidden Tickets
This app is gen 1 and not fully baked. There are plenty of excellent ticketing apps. Copy one of them. I don’t want to feel unwelcome every time I open this app.
Best Price, Worst App
The app is almost unusable, so many glitches, blows my mind. On my my iphones, all new versions, updated, 15 pro, it constantly cancels my order, gives me a white screen, won’t even load up the home page. it feels like an app from a decade ago. No backwards navigation either. it’s like they had some make a modified version of their website and didn’t realize how cumbersome and frustrating it is. Best price tho, but i have to use their website.

Telecharge is on nobody's side
Not the people who want to buy tickets, not the theaters who want to sell tickets. Someone else said it best, 6 years ago: still making people cry.
Everyone knows it’s the worst app
Use any other ticketing app. I recommend TodayTix even if it is slightly more expensive Telecharge is not worth the headache.
Terrible App
Doesn’t work. Painfully slow. Can’t download tickets. For such a large company, this is so much worse than apps for small non-profit organizations doing the same thing. Very bad job.
Very Unreliable
User Constantly has to re log in. Again and again. App crashes as soon as you walk in the building. Suggest putting purchased event on the Home Screen when the user logs in.

Simpler Awful
This app is really just the website made to look like an app. What makes this even worse is it’s a really awful website. Looks like something from Web 1.0 and is very unreliable.
Useless app and website
I had the same experience as many other reviewers. I tried purchasing tickets on the website but after selecting the tickets the next prompt is to buy tickets. I hit the button and nothing happens. It just keeps processing and processing. I tried different web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari on both PC and Mac)…same thing happens. So then I downloaded the app because, surely, the app should work! Nope. After selecting tickets my next option it to “add payment method”. Hit the button and nothing happens! Since it’s after hours I’ll call the 1-800 number and hopefully that works.

Nothing works. The app is just as useless as the website. It is outrageous.

Constantly shows 404 error page
The app seems to be wrapper on the website. However the website works fine on the same device on which the app shows 404 error. Hard restart of the app doesn't resolve the issue.
Broadway to my heart!
So excited to see the app update. The new design is great and quite user friendly. I was able to book tickets quickly! Living in NYC it’s awesome to have a seamless way to book Broadway shows right in my pocket!!
Convenient
So glad this app exists, makes it much easier to navigate the ticketing process.
Vast Improvement.
This latest release is a vast improvement over earlier iterations. It even has some nifty new features (Iike being able to buy with a discount code). Still wish I could pick my own seats but… fingers crossed.

Very much liked how the option to get discounts or enter all the lotteries was grouped together in one convenient place!

They updated the app and it’s way easier to use now! Very into being able to pull up the seating chart when I get there to find my seat without stressing.

Was pleasantly surprised with how easy telecharge is to use! Simple design and very easy to navigate. I especially love the sort/filter options, it makes choosing a show so much faster. So excited now to get tickets for broadway week!
