I downloaded this app to be able to access my theater tickets (as you are not allowed to print your tickets. They must be on your phone.) The app has a LOT of problems. It keeps losing my ticket so I keep having to refresh. And it will not allow me to add the ticket to my Apple Wallet. Every time I try to do so, complete gibberish is displayed. This one needs to go back to the drawing board!

Slow and unresponsive
I downloaded this app specifically for the giveaways they were promoting. Upon receiving the notification via text, I clicked on it and was taken to the app which did not respond. I had it open for literally 5 minutes before closing the app. I reopened the app a few times, even shut my phone off and restarted. The app still did not respond. The app eventually opened hours later but bc I already clicked the notification, there was no way to open up the giveaway link again. Disappointing app.

Unable to View Account Info
Account info just buffers when you click it- unable to view. Thanks!
Cannot view account info in app
When using the app, when you select account it buffers in a continuous circle and never opens.
Still have to input all your information
I thought this would solve Broadway Direct’s issue of having to input all your information for every performance you enter since you’re making an account now that remembers all that stuff, but NOPE! Decent interface but still super user unfriendly and tedious.

Hi there! We’ve heard this feedback, and the app was designed to allow you to enter lotteries without inputting your information every time. Just make sure to follow these steps: 1. Sign in to your Broadway Direct account via the Account tab. If you don’t have an account, you can create one. 2. Enter your first lottery via the app. You’ll need to input all of your entry info the first time, and make sure to check the box that says ‘Remember this info for my next lottery entry.’ 3. As long as you stay signed in, your info will be saved and pre-populate for any future lottery entries! If you have any further issues, please reach out to us at help@broadwaydirect.com.
