Overrun by scalpers

This app used to be great. Now there are scalpers, given “official” or “trusted” status by the platform, and scalp rush, lottery, or group tickets on a massive scale. Shame on the app for enabling this.

This app my aunt got me and my mom tickets 24 hours advance to Just in Time! Great seats at good price and easy ticket e-transfer!

After weeks/hours of time to get tickets to a show finally got tickets to last day it was on Broadway. Seller for no reason cancels day before and resells immediately. Theatr says nothing to do. Absolutely crushing and upsetting. Deleting app and recommend no one wastes their time in the first place.
