The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I sent an email it would take them forever to respond, and they would all say the same thing and I would never get any help after months and months of
Asking. No help, no support. I will never be using this app again and do not recommend

Poor Communication

They keep saying the state I’m in doesn’t allow the purchase, but I’m within the state of the concert. I also don’t have a VPN, then when I tried to contact someone they couldn’t explain the issue.
