Paid for tickets I never received — still no refund
I bought two tickets through SeatGeek for a July 28 concert. SeatGeek said they were "ready," but the seller never transferred them and nothing ever showed up in my email or Ticketmaster account. SeatGeek's own agent confirmed the non-delivery, invoked the Buyer Guarantee, and promised a full refund. I even found the same tickets relisted for resale at a higher price. I had to buy replacement tickets directly from Ticketmaster to attend. Weeks later, after five phone calls and multiple emails, I still have no refund — just repeated "we're still investigating, give us more time" messages. Document everything and be ready to dispute the charge.

the customer support chat is broken in the app and won’t allow you to type - I had to switch to my browser which made me start over with the support complaint - very frustrating
