Just email me my ticket. I get absolutely nothing from using this app besides access to tickets I paid for. Totally useless and frustrating.

Poor Communication
They keep saying the state I’m in doesn’t allow the purchase, but I’m within the state of the concert. I also don’t have a VPN, then when I tried to contact someone they couldn’t explain the issue.

I bought some tickets I ended up selling bc someone already bought 2 of them so we decided to go but it ended up getting cancelled and in the email it said “ as a consequence you sale will unfortunately no longer be eligible for payout “ so bad they just took my money for a concert that got cancelled!

While attempting to resell or transfer my tickets I was informed that some tickets were not available for resell or transfer. Additionally, I was told that the restriction is not always disclosed when purchasing the tickets. That is not an issue I’ve had before on other platforms, I will not use SeatGeek for any future events.

Not to be Trusted
This app is nothing more than a placebo to make you feel like you have actually purchased the tickets for your event. Beware because numerous times SeatGeek has canceled tickets purchased on the app at the last minute. Surely they counteroffer with alternative tickets and may even refund you eventually. Your ticket sales are not guaranteed on this app or platform. They will hold your money and you will have a message for months saying your tickets will be delivered here closer to the event. But, watch your email closely because the switcheroo may just drop. Online support via the app is an ai bot with nothing but platitudes for you. You may get some helpful advice but don’t count on SeatGeek’s app if you really want to make sure you have tickets especially for a high dollar or high demand event. This platform is not trustworthy in my opinion and experience with at least three events now where they don’t deliver what they have facilitated the sale of using this app platform.

Purchased parking listed at Arrowhead Stadium that ended up being off-site at a rock quarry. They wouldn’t return my money or admit that it was misleading. Disgusting.
