Horrible customer service. Never received tickets
I purchased very expensive tickets on seat geek for a concert. I received confirmation that the tickets were confirmed only to learn that seat geek bought them from Ticketmaster and seat geek requires that the email accounts match that of Ticketmaster. However there was no notice of that before purchase. I waited 3.5 hours in front of the venue and seat geek eventually never returned to me in the service chat and I never received the tickets.

Market Manipulators
Seatgeek conspires with teams and venues to manipulate the ticket market. It is Seatgeek that decides what supply and demand is for ticketed events. They are worse than Ticketmaster when it comes to manipulating the market. Do not recommend!

I paid over 2 thousand dollars for 2 tickets to Ohio State and UT. It said they would be delivered at 6:59 CT. Here I sit 2 hours later and 17 hrs before the game and no 🤬ing tickets.
No communication, no answers
I bought MLB tickets months ago for Dodgers @ Marlins sept 12th. Tickets were supposed to be delivered to me within 24 hours. This didn’t happen. After going round and round trying to find out what’s going on and when I’d get them, I was told they’d be issued sept. 11th. The day before the game. Today is September 11th and I’m currently driving 3 1/2 hours down to this game not knowing where my tickets are or if I in fact have them at all. I’ve reached out multiple times and I get no help. Do not use this site.

Confusing
In order to get my tickets, I had to put the app on my phone and I did so and it was supposed to send something to my email which it never dead. This is very confusing and I really made a mistake doing this. Looks like I’m gonna have to buy tickets when I get there because I don’t trust this to continue.

Refund
My event got rescheduled for a different week after I flew in town to see the concert. SeatGeek won’t refund my money. They want me to work & sell them myself.
Scam
I was scammed on parking passes and SeatGeek will not stand behind their ticket protection promise. Don’t use them. There are better options
non-existent customer service
I’ve listed a ticket to sell, but it doesn’t show up. I delisted it and reposted, but still didn’t work. There were only two other listing total (in a different section) for this show, so I know it’s not a matter of putting out the cheapest first.
I tried to get help with the chat, but it’s all automated and kept giving me the same answers (contact to customer service) over and over… yet would not connect me to CS due to a “technical difficulty.” I asked how to get in touch with a “real person”, and chat bot said they would contact me by email (nothing yet!). Very frustrating! The show is only a week away… and I need to sell this ticket!

I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and got them transferred to Seatgeek, been trying to accept my tickets but it’s telling me I have a duplicate user found. Called them and they couldn’t seem to help me out at all even trying to tell the vendor to resend my tickets but they couldn’t be able to do that.

DO NOT USE PLEASE
I paid over $1000 for 7 tickets to Cody Johnson a MONTH in advance and ONE DAY before the concert I get an email saying they encountered a “rare issue” stating that the seller could not get the tickets in my row. How absolutely unacceptable and what a scam. I now, the DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT need to place all 7 people somewhere else not to mention on Ticketmaster I bought a single ticket right next to those 7 so now have to do the same for that whole other platform. I just woke up from working all week and thought I’d have a relaxing day off. Please save your money and use ANY OTHER APP.
