Dodgers parking pass
Never received a preferred parking pass I bought. No response to refund requests. Very disappointing!
Tickets
Took 3-4 hours to get my tickets after seller would not transfer my tickets. Saying they were already transferred. In the end received the tickets at the last minute after speaking to 3 representatives! Was very frustrating!
Tickets
The tickets I bought were for an all day rodeo and chuck wagon. I was only sent the rodeo tickets and I had to buy other tickets while at the event. I was very disappointed.
Worst policy ever
I purchased tickets and selected a different mode of payment. The app used the current mode of payment. Within minutes I noticed and tried to reverse by contacting the help chat. Since the tickets are confirmed they can not do anything about it. This was literally minutes. I had a similar issue in March and reached out within 10 minutes and the same policy. I can understand if it’s been hours later but there should be a grace period even if it’s an hour or 30 minutes. Also there is no way of them assisting a buyer out at all. When contacting and discussing the issue they are horrible to you. Worst customer service I have experienced.

Bought 3 tickets to a soccer game 2 weeks early. The day of the event i still hadn’t recieved the tickets . I WAS LEFT OUTSIDE OF THE STADIUM WITH NO TICKETS .
