Poor ticket service
Purchased tickets in May for a September football game. Tickets came a couple weeks later bet were invalid. After going back and forth for months, finally told I would get replacement tickets. Seats were a major downgrade from what I originally purchased but price as not reduced. Got tickets 1 day before game… too stressful!!!

I had purchased tickets for the Jill Scott in Sugarland. The show was postponed. Due to a scheduling conflict we were not able to attend the rescheduled show. In turn, I attempted to sell the tickets through StubHub. The simple ordeal of selling some tickets turned into a fiasco and I was un able to sell the tickets due to their ineptitude. Absolutely horrible. customer Service and I will spend more money on the tickets from next time before I will ever deal with StubHub again. Thanks to them. I lost 400 dollars. Thanks, StubHub.

Challenging
I bought the tickets and the next day found that I wasn’t able to go. Wanted to get a refund to find out you can’t get a refund. You have to resell your tickets in order to get your money back. That’s not the kicker! The kicker is now you have to wait until the sponsor releases your tickets before you sell them. My tickets weren’t released until 2 days before the concert. I ordered them months ago. It’s unfortunate that I had to wait that long. However, I ended up going and had a wonderful time. The refund process sucks.

Selling one of my tickets using the app was difficult. Very user unfriendly..I gave up
Fake parking pass for $256
Parking pass was listed as costing $191. As soon as clicking purchase with Apple Pay purchase competed came up with purchase complete and an extra $64 in fees attached. I stop needed parking for the giants/cowboys game so it just let it go. Got to the gate at the parking and was told the QR code was fraudulent. They asked were I bought it. I responded Stubhub. They said they are experiencing a flood of fake parking passes through Stubhub

I think the tics should come more than 24 hrs in advance. Then u can have any issues sorted out with plenty of time before the event
Mislead
I purchased tickets based on the description of box seats and when they were emailed to me they in fact were not box seats they were general admissions in the very last row of the venue. I could have bought the same tickets at half the price through the company putting on the event.

Fix please
I’ve done try to purchase tickets 5 times and every time I do it it says order confirmed and then I get a email right after that says cancelled it doesn’t make any sense
And you call support and they tell you they can’t do anything about it and tell you to just try again and call back if it doesn’t work

Stubhub sucks
Stubhub is the worst ticket site on the planet. They’ve lost my tickets on two different occasions and navigating their customer service is brutal. Stubhub sucks.
Lack of Apple Wallet Functionality is a Big Miss
Unfortunately, StubHub doesn’t provide an option to save your tickets to Apple Wallet or anything else. If you don’t have cell service at the event you can’t access your tickets. Screenshots are unacceptable as well.

Parking passes don’t work
I purchased a parking pass via stubhub for a concert at Globe Life - got to the parking lot and was told the pass was not valid. They handed me a QR code I could scan to get a refund… said “StubHub is known for doing this.” It ruined a portion of the evening. No more StubHub for me. Stub-Dudd!

Great App
I’ve used StubHub to purchase tickets for the Arizona Diamondbacks games at Chase Field for a number of years more. StubHub provides the team schedule and allows me to see only home games making it easier to find games I want to attend. The switch to seating view allows me to see exactly which seats are available and at what price. This allows me to easily find my preferred seats and decide if the cost is in the range I am interested in. StubHub has made obtaining tickets easily and also provided to resell tickets if I suddenly cannot attend a game

Ticket location
Why can’t we see seat location before we purchase? I wanted to buy extra tickets near my current seats. But all I can see is the row location. I was also given the poorer pair of four available seats. a buyer should be able to see location and pick from available seats.
