Accepting ticket
I don’t know why but every single event that I order tickets for it has been a major oain and inconvenience to get the actual tickets. I have to log out and use the access code and then this one coming up keeps saying doesn’t match. The event is literally tomorrow and I cannot retrieve tickets?! I wonder if it is like this for everyone? I sure hope not. The fact that there are specific directions to retrieve the tickets tells me it is often like this. I don’t understand d why it is beyond frustrating to get my tickets to any event

Scammers, betters off selling your stuff on another platform. They charge you for them falling shot on their commitment as a multimillion follow company.
Do not use
Bought parking passes that were fake from this app. Stub hub was zero help. Buyers beware.
No communication
Ticket wasn’t transferred until the day of the event just a few hours before. We were nervous about not having a ticket so we bought an additional ticket from elsewhere because communication wasn’t happening with the original ticket we purchased. So we lost our money on the original ticket through stub hub and that ticket was never used. Still no communication after the event when we had multiple emails and voicemails about the original ticket.

Highly unacceptable DO NOT USE THIS APP
I had bought Ella Mai tickets for August 22nd 2026 a two weeks before the event, I kept refreshing the app so see when my tickets would be transferred there was no update no call no email nothing and I automatically get felt a knot in my stomach,so finally the week of the concert arrived it’s Friday when I got an email from someone from customer service named Melissa emailed me telling me that the seller is having difficulty’s getting my original tickets that I had already purchased, so instantly I was furious, because if I had known this prior I would have definitely planned in advance so I called Friday four times to get some type of update some type of something and they kept telling me to wait, and so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited, so today I woke up very excited to day is the day of the concert and so again I check StubHub and again no email no calls no update the tickets were still not there but today it said that they were expected to arrive before 5:00pm tonight and so it was 4:48pm and still no call no email no compensation nothing so now I’m highly irritated so I called and I’m just like I still haven’t received no call no email or anything about my tickets and oh bye the most they could tell me was that the seller didn’t provide a valid phone number and all they could do is email him and that’s what they told me for a while so i was already feeling like I wasn’t getting them so I had told them that I didn’t want the replacement tickets and I’ll take a full refund and now after buying an outfit and accessories I’m just highly upset and disappointed that I wasn’t able to attend this event because of this app and the horrible customer service

Did not receive my ticket
Made is so complicated to receive my tickets. I waited for an hour in front of the venue and they wouldn’t send bc I did not receive a code via text. Out $323 dollars. Negatively impacted my mental health.
Terrible Service and Support
Attempted to download my tickets for over 2 hours prior to leaving for my event. Despite Stub Hub having my order number, email and cell number, their system would not allow me to accept tickets. Talked to 3 customer “service” people over this time, none could fix the problem and my call was automatically terminated at 30 minutes forcing me to start over (of course none of them called me back despite having my cell number) this is a scam company, NEVER buy tickets from them, I have never has a problem with Vivid or Seat Geek.

Hard to get the tickets
You have to do extra steps to track down your tickets. The customer service folks on the phone simply cut you off and hang up on you if you aren’t quick enough for them. Pretty sad experience. It seems like just a money machine for them and not very helpful for the customers.
For the most part good
I use StubHub all the time and have never had a bad experience. However this time my tickets weren’t available until the day before the concert. The owner of the seats I chose held onto them way too long in my opinion. Made me a little nervous of whether or not I was being scammed.

Purchased tix and told would receive an email via Ticketmaster. Never received. Event came and went. Appreciate a refund!

Ticket was fraud. Ended up costing me $35 more. Total rip off

Don’t buy parking passes on here. Bought a pass on here for a concert and it was already used.
Horrific experience
Didn’t issue me a refund as part of their guaranteed ticket program after they failed to deliver the original tickets I purchased.
Terrible/Im owed a refund
Had to use stubhub for the dirty dancing musical tickets. I never got the tickets, I was told that something went wrong with the transfers morning of a 130pm performance and there were no more tickets available. Drove an hour each way with the purchase and idea we had tickets then don’t get the transfer an hour before the show. I filed a refund and I’m still waiting for that. Stubhub is the worst and hasn’t been helpful one bit.

Poor service and incompetence
When trying to change my password, because I didn’t remember my old one, I realized there was no “forget password?” option, so I asked the virtual assistant for help. Then when asking for help with my password, the AI responded with “How may I help you?” twice before I asked it again for help. When it did tell me what I could do, it claimed I could use the “forget password?” option, which is not there. I have my concert ticket assuredly, but if I somehow logged out of this account, I would not be able to get back in thanks to their poor service and incompetent functionality.

DO NOT USE
This whole company is a sham, they cannot guarentee anything and will probably cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. The when they inevitably drop the ball it takes forever to get any kind of response or communication with anyone who can answer a question. I will never use this company again, I will tell friends and family to not use them, and I am telling anyone reading this to please just save yourself the time and money and get your tickets elsewhere. Its better to pay full price somewhere else and at least make sure you have the tickets them to get somewhere with the false promise your tickets will be delivered on time (if even at all) on the day of your event. If even one person reads this and doesnt click download or decides to stop using this company, that will have been well worth all the time it took to write this

This app hurts to use
1. Try to search by locale but it shows top events in the USA first 2. The events it does show are in large useless icons instead of list with date and location. You have to waste time tapping into each icon to get anything useful 3. No longer able to sort by cheapest tickets 4. Selecting a ticket no longer shows you where it is on the graphical seating chart. Searching in this app is so bad that I try to avoid StubHub for purchases now. Update: wow, you fixed #3. Still hurts though. 2nd Update Fixed #1. #2 still broken. That’s a big problem. Increased stars to 3!

Wish I could give them zero. Worst business out there. We have been ripped off by them twice this year.
They let people sell tickets -they don’t have and then you get to the event dressed up and excited- with NO TICKETS. The customer service is horrible- who knows if we’ll ever get a refund? They kept us on the phone for hours and then don’t refund. Tell everyone not to use STUBHUB
