This site had the cheaper price but the process for getting this parking pass was awful!
Other sites you were in direct contact with the person you bought it from. I bought the pass three weeks before and didn’t get a chance to get the passes until three hours ahead of time. Then the website froze and I had to go through multiple APs. After all this I never got the tickets and had to pay double to park.
I did get a refund but will NEVER BUY FROM STUB HIB AGAIN! AP deleted!

Don’t! You won’t get your tickets
Bought tickets to Ariana Grande in Chicago. Paid a lot for great seats. Flew to the show, stayed in a hotel, pre-bought parking. Tickets never came!!!! At 6:05pm before the 7:30pm open… still no tickets and STUBHUB ONLY REIMBURSED MY TICKET PRICE FOR OUR 2 SEATS. So no show and out lots of money. Beware!!!!!! Never again StubHub!

False Advertisement
I paid for front row tickets only to find out the day of the event that the seats are no longer available.
This is a scam
They’ll let you buy tickets same day of the show and the person who’s actually selling will wait till the end of the show to send the tickets. I’ll never ever use this app again
Parking ticket
I was sold a parking ticket, but never received the actual ticket. Had opportunity to resell it but couldn’t do that because I never received the original even up to the time of the concert.

I purchased tickets through StubHub to see Babyface Ray and 42 Dugg and was really looking forward to the concert. Unfortunately, the event was postponed, and when it was rescheduled, it was changed to 21+ only. I’m 19 years old, so I was no longer allowed to attend.
This wasn’t my choice, and it wasn’t something I could have planned for. The event changed after I had already purchased my tickets. Getting StubHub to acknowledge the situation was frustrating, and despite being told my case would be handled, I’m still waiting for my refund.
As a customer, I expected better communication and a much quicker resolution. When an event changes in a way that prevents someone from attending, the refund process shouldn’t be this difficult.
I hope StubHub improves the way it handles situations like this so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Bad decision, big ripoff
I bought six tickets. When we arrived we found that the seats wer way in the top of the section and were handicap tickets, not regular seats. We couldn’t see any fly balls or even the two large scoreboards. A total ripoff and no disclosure about the limited viewing. We left our seats and hunted down some seat in the upper level. Very poor experience

Very disappointing experience
I accidentally listed the same ticket for sale twice because StubHub’s interface allowed me to create two separate listings for the exact same ticket. Since the platform already knew my order number and ticket information, I expected it to detect the duplicate or at least warn me before allowing a second listing. Instead, both listings went live and both sold.
When I realized what had happened, I contacted customer support immediately. The representative was dismissive, repeatedly talked over me, and refused to let me speak directly with a supervisor after I specifically requested one. I was placed on long holds, only to be told what the supervisor supposedly said instead of being transferred.
The supervisor eventually called me back, but the experience was even worse. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue or discuss possible solutions, he repeatedly interrupted me and took a confrontational tone. I acknowledged from the beginning that I had made a mistake, but that doesn’t justify treating customers disrespectfully.
I understand sellers are responsible for their listings, but StubHub should also have basic safeguards to prevent duplicate listings of the exact same ticket and should provide professional customer service when problems arise.
This experience has made me think twice about using StubHub again.

Deceptively difficult app
Well, the last review I tried to write wasn’t allowed so trying again. Anyhow, I am a concert lover so have bought tickets to thousands of shows. I’ve used StubHub before but they have changed things! I bought tickets for my son.l and a couple of his friends. Had to wait 2 months until the day of the show to receive them, even though they are mobile tickets and could have been transferred immediately. Then, despite being assured BEFORE I bought them that I’d be able to easily transfer them to my son, I was NOT able to do that. They also could NOT be saved to the Apple wallet. I tried the customer service chat, email, and phone but all were useless AI with canned responses. Finally I got someone who told me I had to go with them to show the tickets (not possible) or give my son my StubHub login and password. That seemed fine and he was of course able to see the tickets, until he got to the venue which had horrible cell signal. After waiting in line for an hour, once he got to the entrance, he couldn’t log back in to get the tickets! He had to leave the venue to get signal and log in again, then rush back and hope it held long enough to scan the tickets. Because he had 3 tickets, he had to do this 3 times!! That was 2 hours of waiting and anxiety wasted after I was promised it would be easy to transfer them and save to the Apple wallet. So, I was lied to. I will never use StubHub again if I can possibly avoid it!

I bought some BTS concert tickets, later we checked on TikTok and some people said that the app was not good, but our experience was different and everything worked
Excellent way to buy tickets
At first, I was skeptical to buy tickets through this website, thinking it was not going to be real, but it turned out that it was a safe way to get tickets that I couldn’t get through the Ticketmaster website. I recommend using StubHub

Horrible, didn’t get tickets
I purchased 2 theater tickets. One hour prior to show I still hadn’t received tickets, so reached out and told tickets on way, sometimes they are released just prior to show start. Waited outside theater. 15 minutes prior reached out again and told they were on way. At showtime informed there was an issue and I couldn’t get my tickets. There was another couple in same situation for a different performance. Theater manager said they frequently have people arriving with same issue from StubHub and there was nothing they could do. She said to never get tickets through StubHub. Called to speak with supervisor- learned StubHub knew seller couldn’t access tickets at 4 but at 6:45 they were still telling me tickets were on the way. If I was informed at 4 I couldn’t have made other arrangements. I’ll never use StubHub again.

Sold out tickets

I was never able to download my tickets and I was at the event already. Ended up having to buy more.
Confusing and stressful purchase process
Purchasing the tickets was straightforward enough however actually getting the tickets downloaded was an exercise in frustration. Multiple confirmation emails made it confusing. The link to the third-party supplier brought me to a site that required me to download an app and the app downloaded did not work. I spent about an hour trying to resolve this. The StubHub call center for help had a serious backlog of people, and eventually I decided to just go to the venue and see what I could do as the concert was starting very soon that day. Eventually, the venue was able to sort out my situation and get my tickets downloaded but no thanks to StubHub.

Dodgers parking pass
Never received a preferred parking pass I bought. No response to refund requests. Very disappointing!
Tickets
Took 3-4 hours to get my tickets after seller would not transfer my tickets. Saying they were already transferred. In the end received the tickets at the last minute after speaking to 3 representatives! Was very frustrating!
Tickets
The tickets I bought were for an all day rodeo and chuck wagon. I was only sent the rodeo tickets and I had to buy other tickets while at the event. I was very disappointed.
