Not true marketing
Tickets for Ariana .. said front row section. Screens blocked by giant speaker right in middle of screen. Obstructed!!! They said oh well you could still see stage. No money or anything. Lying as to marketing. That’s like going to Lowe’s and buying a stove but only two burners work and them saying too bad you still have 2 burners you can use. What kinda of ding dongs run the company. Do you know how much I paid for those 2 tickets!!!!

Worst Company Ever
Don’t buy through Stub Hub. There is no guarantee that you will get your tickets. The app will tell you to enjoy the event and never transfer you the tickets. Then tell you they sell tickets for people that won’t send you tickets. So then you end up at an event you bought tickets for 7 months prior looking like an idiot that can’t get the tickets. Just to be told sorry you paid to park and walked a mile and you can’t get into see the show you spent $250 on. Biggest scam company.

Never Received My Tickets
Literally was still waiting on tickets up until hours before the start of the MJ Musical that we traveled into NYC to see…just to be told 2 hours before showtime, we wouldn’t receive our tickets. Never again. Stub Hub was quick with the refund but besides the point.
One issue after another
I have tried with stubhub on several occasions. Every single event I’ve tried to list tickets for, I end up working with the help team for so long, and still we rarely reach a satisfactory solution before the time of the event. The app is so flawed and the service itself feels like a gotcha to get money out of both parties. I’m giving up on it, l will definitely use a different ticket service in the future.

Misleading. Disingenuous
Flew half way around the world to watch a concert, with tickets I bought 6 months prior, being told by Snubhub not to worry, that I’ll get my tickets the day of the concert. 4 hours prior to the concert and after repeated inquiries about our tickets we find out that the tickets in the section we bought are not available. We are offered nosebleed tickets that are worth a quarter of what we paid and Snubhub will not refund the difference. They will refund the full amount however BUT it’s either or and it’s NOT what we paid for. No further compensation for the travel and accommodation costs and food and time to organize this whole trip is available. I will tell as many people as I can to STAY AWAY. An absolutely dishonest and misleading business model.

shady business, very confusing customer service
Purchased concert tickets from stubhub. Never received them. Now it’s 4 days after the event, still haven’t receive any refund. Customer service asked me to wait until Sunday.
If things go well, it’s okay. If it goes wrong, eg seller didn’t send ticket, then the customer service is basically useless. Super frustrating experience. And unfortunately, in half of the time, I didn’t get the tickets. If it’s not chase csr providing $150 credit every half a year. I don’t see any reason of keeping this app on the phone.

All tickets are Final sale, no return.
Tickets come at the same day when the game start, even you bought it one year ago. 4% less on the market, that is stub hub market, not your world market.
Parking ticket fraudulent
Bought a parking ticket for a concert in San Jose civic. Parking lot did not exist. Attempt to get refund never got addressed.
World Cup Tickets
Never got my World Cup tickets, no refund it’s been over 2 weeks. Worst experience. Bought tickets 2 years ago.
Ticket and reseller fees
Despite show getting rescheduled and a communication that reseller fees will be refunded , it was not honored , I was forced to sell without getting back reseller fees as I could not make it to rescheduled event , will never again use StubHub and also will not recommend to anyone

I tried to sell tickets on StubHub and got charged for them a second time.
I was the legit owner of the tickets. When I went to list them. StubHub's interface didn't have my exact section, 121, but they did have sections 1 through 4, so I assumed they were truncating all the 100 level sections to '1'. My tickets sold and I was told I would get my PayPal payment several days after the event. The morning after the event, I got an email that because my tickets didn't match my listing, StubHub had charged my credit card a fee of the price of the tickets plus an additional charge. I also didn't ever receive my PayPal payment, so the person who bought those tickets made out like a bandit. He got the tickets I paid for, without ever paying for them, and then someone, he or StubHub, also got the full price of the tickets again!
StubHub has an online form to submit your protest of the charge. They apparently ignore that form entirely - I got no reply to my submission from it.
Never again, StubHub. Never again.

Scam Alert: charged a me ticket
Hackers accessed my account and bought two tickets. I contacted them; they cancelled one but are still charging me for the other. They told me not to use the tickets, yet they are still billing me for a ticket to a show by an artist I don't even know. Support won't resolve the issue. Bottom line: don't trust them, and don't enter your financial information into this app. Support doesn't solve the problem. StubHub will take your money

Tricking customers
I purchased tickets from Stubhub and they couldn’t honor my ticket and gave me a replacement ticket which is nowhere near the experience or value of the ticket I purchased and they are refusing to provide any form of compensation. They provide lesser value tickets to you once they can’t honor your correct ticket and hide this fact from you also they do not tell you about the refund option either. Once you accept the replacement ticket unaware of it being a lesser value, they say your agreed to the terms which their customer service reps don’t explain and they’ll keep your entire purchase cost. They are no better than scammers/ schemes.

CEO ruined the platform
There is a serendipity to being ripped off by the San Francisco nerds who invented the platform to prevent you from being ripped off from local scalpers (who at least kept your $ in the local economy). Knew something became systemic and toxic on here.
Will never use again
Bought tickets never got them so had me pick different seats. Them don’t get those either. Son was heartbroken to miss monster jam.
