After I used this service, which was great btw, my credit card information was compromised. $50 at Wingstop. Luckily my bank caught it in time. I wouldn’t have made the connection to this app except that I just got a text message from the venue I’m going to with their contact information. I didn’t give permission to hand out or sell my phone number so it makes me think vivid is sloppy with their data. Proceed with caution

Stick with Seat Geek
I’m normally a Seat Geek Guy, but today I wanted to give Vivid Seats a shot. Very last minute game but there were plenty of options on Vivid. I decided to buy tickets right around game time. Once I made my purchase I was told to wait (normally 15 minutes). At the 15 minute mark I revived a call that the seller backed out. Missed a few innings while I worked out a deal with Brewers ticket office (they felt bad). Long story short…use Seat Geek instead of Vivid.

I will never use this service again. I should not be forced to download a company app to access a ticket I bought
