Misleading
Vivid Seats claims to download tickets onto the app for you but beware. I talked with two different live agents and both told me I had to print my tickets and they could not be transferred to the app. What a waste of time. I’d recommend Bands in Town, way better app.

Literally won’t let me log in
This app is terrible. It won’t let me log in. The only email log in option is for them to send a link to your mail to log in. When you click on the link in the email, it just takes you back to the app but doesn’t actually log you back on. No option to put in a password.
Terrible
Have had an issue with a ticket purchase for over month. The issue has been escalated three times and I’ve had to reach out to support on 8 different occasions as not once have I had a follow up email from customer service. Never user Vivid Seats.
Vivid Seats is the best, I will die on this horse.
I wouldn’t consider myself someone that frequents concerts, festivals, sporting events but I’ve definitely dabbled. I ALWAYS find the best deal on vivid seats. I purchased lollapalooza tickets through vivid seats a few years back and had a very positive experience. very close to the festival they had an exclusive cooling area for those that purchased through them. Giving out free goodie bags, photo op opportunities, free food and drinks as well as a bar to purchase from. And the best part CLEAN hotel bathrooms to use before entering the festival. Great prices and accommodations come with using vivid seats

Didnt deliver tickets
Wont ever trust or use this app again. Prompt customer service but we had planned around the tickets and then they never showed up and had to cancel the transaction
FRAUD APP
This app is a fraud!!! Will take your money and will not deliver tickets!! They will “transfer” your tickets but will not give you the actual qr code or barcode to scan and get into the arena. My experience was the Megan Moroney concert in Fort Lauderdale on July 18. I talked to customer support all day and they guaranteed me they would arrive. 2 hours before the show, no bar code. Buyer beware! This is a MAJOR SCAM!!!

Horrible experience
I bought tickets through the app. for a baseball game. My seat was moved three times 24 hours prior to the game. I ended up in a different section with an obstructed view. They said they would look into it nothing happened. I won’t use this app again.
Cancelation, customer support
Can’t cancel the ticket even one month before the event. While all other apps let you do that. Price fluctuates a lot. Customer support not available
SCAM COMPANY
They refuse to pay my out for tickets purchase and sold on their platform. They say they gave the seller another set of tickets for reasons I know nothing about after I fulfilled all obligations and have confirmation. I’ve had to complain to the BBB

We bought $500+ in tickets and I received an EMAIL asking me to contact customer service. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes they said the tickets were no longer available and that was that. Extremely unprofessional and wasted my time. Will never be using this company to purchase tickets and will be actively advising others not to as well.

And you make it nearly impossible to reach out. The app does not let me access an agente it asks me to log in and then se da me an email to log in via website and not the app ant again it leads me nowhere. I need someone to reach out to me or please give me a number I can call
Buyer beware - non official tickets
Vivid seat sells tickets that are not yet for sale, and are not clear that you are not buying a particular ticket, but a service that someone is buying a ticket for you.
I feel scammed. I thought I was buying an official ticket, when the real tickets are going on sale on a few days and will be much cheaper than I paid. Their support team refused to offer a refund even though I contacted them within minutes of my purchase, even though the “tickets” i bought won’t be purchased for me till multiple days in the future. Scam company fake tickets.

A Costly Error
So I recently used this app to purchase Ariana grande tickets and I felt robbed. While purchasing the first round of tickets I was alerted by the app…that the tickets were already bought and sold out in the selected section. However in actuality they were sold to me but there was no notification made about an approved sale.
This lead me to purchase tickets in another section creating duplicate tickets for the same show. There was no message notifying me about the approval of the first set of tickets. Called the service hotline and there was no refunds issued but offered to resale tickets.
After several hours(going back and forth with customer service) trying to get my tickets posted for resale, my ticket sale price was still not honored and even elevated by the website themselves. This made the sale hard to complete and left me leaving out with a depletion of 800+ dollars, due to the error given through the app. A very costly error with no sympathy or credit given back. Very disheartening and can only make an innocent consumer felling robbed after the entire experience. Not sure if I’m using the app again and placing a warning out to all future consumers to be mindful.

Súper enojada con esta App, compré unos boletos para mis hijas que querían ir a ver a Billie Eilish y como a los 10 minutos los cancelé por que los encontré en otra App más baratos y en esta App de Vivid Seats YA NO ME QUISIERON REGRESAR 669 dólares. Son unos Rateros asquerosos, no compren aquí por qué los estafarán. Estuve 1 año tratando de recuperar mi dinero con mi banco pero estos ladrones alegaban que yo hice esa compra y seguro ocupé los boletos cuando NO ME MANDARON NI LA CONFIRMACIÓN DE LA COMPRA NI BOLETOS NI NADA.
