Tickets Not Delivered
Ordered tickets days in advance, drove to the ballpark, Vivid Seats couldn’t deliver the tickets and then cancelled the order minutes before the game started.
Just because Vivid Seats charges your credit card, that doesn’t mean that you have tickets. I’ve used Seat Geek and Stub Hub many times before without issues.
Plan to remove the Vivid Seats app and close out the account.

there is no recourse if the seller won't forward you the ticket ... and vivid doesn't care b/c they got their money already and will keep a portion of it even if they have to refund you yours.

never purchasing from them again they took a bunch of information, and once i purchased tickets it was stuck on a loading screen then kicked me out, they were clearly purchased because money was taken and they were no longer on the site once i tried searching for them trying contacting one of ”their agents” and it was a literal joke after i asked how i can report the issue i got no answer and the conversation closed, please don’t fall for this cause they will take ur money!

Bought tickets for a concert. Got denied at the door because they were duplicated and someone already entered with said tickets. Had to buy tickets at the door for way more money. Got a refund eventually from Vivid but it was a pain. I had to talk with several people over several days afterwards to finally get a refund. They gave a credit as well but why should I trust that the tickets next time will be legit?

BUYER BEWARE: Vivid Seats — No Tickets delivered before concert- Denied Entry
I strongly caution anyone buying tickets through Vivid Seats, especially for events requiring Ticketmaster transfer. I bought tickets in February for a RÜFÜS DU SOL concert in August, paying months in advance and doing everything I was instructed to do. On the day of the show, the tickets still weren't in my Ticketmaster account. I had all receipts and confirmation numbers. I spent over three hours on the phone with Vivid Seats before the concert, but they said the tickets showed "delivered" and there was nothing they could do, and told me to go to the box office. The box office couldn't help either, since the tickets weren't in my name and Vivid Seats was the third-party seller. After 40 more minutes at the box office, management investigated and confirmed the tickets had been issued under someone else's name and couldn't be transferred to us, so we were denied entry despite having valid proof of purchase. The venue gave us written documentation of this. We ended up buying a second set of tickets at the box office just to get in — paying twice for one concert. Vivid Seats never took responsibility. They wouldn't escalate my call and kept saying it was "under investigation," even after I sent screenshots proving the tickets never appeared in my Ticketmaster account. Showing a ticket as "delivered" in their system does not mean it was ever usable. I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company using the venue's documentation.
Vivid Seats advertises a 100% ticket delivery guarantee on their website — they did not honor it, and three different reps failed to resolve the issue over multiple calls. If you can't risk being turned away at the door, buy directly from the venue or its authorized platform. Do not use a third-party seller like Vivid Seats.

Customer service abysmal experience
Waiting twenty mins no answer still. Lame customer service!! They’re useless powers they give their people. Emails you can’t reply to. It popped up a 15% off then told me I couldn’t use it at all. Haven’t got birthday gift in 6 years on site. Realizing I should start looking elsewhere

Need to sell our tickets as we can’t attend but told we can’t resell?!? What kind of scam site is this. Would never buy again as we are now out $350 with no way to get out of purchase or at least resell to get some of our money back. Will be filing complaints.

I waited 6 months and paid for a ticket the day it dropped. The day of the concert. They lied to me saying they had the ticket. 6 hours in trying to figure out why I didn’t get my ticket. They informed me the seller wasn’t picking up the phone about my spot I paid for 6 months ago. My heart felt like it was ripped out of my chest. They weren’t honest. I wouldn’t suggest the time and struggle buying through Vivid seats.

I looked at prices on the app and tickets on the app versus the email that I got. They were two different prices and two different sections of seats. I didn’t understand that.

I’ve tried to purchase 2 tickets to surprise my son for his birthday to a nfl game. When I made the purchase I received no confirmation or anything that has to do with the purchase but I check my account vivid seats still took the money so when I called them they’re telling me the don’t see nothing on there end when I made the purchase but yet they still took the money and now they’re saying it’s nothing they can do because they can’t see nothing on there end but like I said they still took the money and now I just have to take the lost. I even ask to speak with a supervisor or someone that can help more and they refuse to do so, keep telling me it’s no one they can transfer me to. Not to mention I have the proof where they still took the money. So I’m not understanding how you take the money but I have no tickets?….I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase from here. Seems like a scam and this isn’t right!

Outrageous fees for tickets
Scamming you on the fee for tickets some almost 50% of the ticket.

After I used this service, which was great btw, my credit card information was compromised. $50 at Wingstop. Luckily my bank caught it in time. I wouldn’t have made the connection to this app except that I just got a text message from the venue I’m going to with their contact information. I didn’t give permission to hand out or sell my phone number so it makes me think vivid is sloppy with their data. Proceed with caution
