Inability to resell tickets for seemingly no reason. I can’t go to the event anymore but there’s no support, can’t even transfer tickets to a friend. What a waste of money

The concert at mainland music hall that i paid for a six seat table has been rescheduled three times and I get an email today August 29th 2026 that they will be at the house of blues this coming Tuesday September 2nd. Need refund but cannot get a hold of anyone. Don’t know if I will be ordering from here ever again

Have the developers actually used this?

The app is extremely clunky and hard to use compared to every other ticket platform I’ve used. It will even sell a ticket while you are in its checkout. I consider not going to an event when I see I have to use this ticket service.
