Bad platform
Biggest issue is you can’t list soccer tickets for less than $31. So most of our tickets for matches we can’t attend go unsold. 2nd issue, they don’t transfer the funds for sold tickets until after the match. 3rd issue, they don’t transfer tickets cannot be posted on other ticket sites to get around the $31 price block. I hate this platform. Will probably not renew my season seats as I am losing too much money for unattended matches. Bring back Ticketmaster!

Signed on from presale. Had tickets in cart and kept giving me an error that I had multiple tabs open when I could not. Ended up selling out and not getting tickets within 6 minutes of show going on sale. Very disappointed
Terrible
I had a very frustrating experience with Tixr. The ticket transfer process was confusing and didn’t work as expected. The app lacked basic features that the support instructions referenced, making it nearly impossible to complete the transfer. Customer support was also difficult to reach, especially when I needed help quickly before an event.
For a platform handling event tickets, I expected a much smoother and more reliable experience. Instead, I was left stressed and worried about whether my tickets would be transferred in time. I hope Tixr improves both its app functionality and customer service because this experience was disappointing.

Useless app
Bought tickets. Got email that tickets are available. Log in to app. No tickets available. Wait a few days. Try again. No tickets available. Email support, no reply. Log in with same login but on a browser, tickets are there. Check again by logging in to app, no tickets available in app. Deleting the app now.

Would not use
I will never use this app again I thought I would get my money back for a ticket I sold and still nothing at this point. I’ve been emailing them none stop and they are terrible at emailing. Again please don’t use this app use a different ticketing app.
