Ugh!
This may be the worst ticketing app ever invented. Last year I bought a two day pass, and the second day the ticket wouldn’t scan as the gates opened, and I missed my rail spot I waited out for all day. Other people I knew with 2 day pass had same issue. This year I’m forced to use it again and my ticket is nowhere to be found in the app, even though I got an email telling me that it was ready to load. Trying to get support from the company has proven as difficult as the ticket loading process. If I could give a negative 10 stars review, I would.

I always struggle with logging in.
Frustrating experience
Used twice for two separate events and was very frustrated by the experience. Wallet kept showing it was empty and kept getting a black screen when trying to launch from the confirmation email.
Ticket issues
I’m not one to complain or leave reviews. Especially not bad ones. But I do not recommend buying tickets through TIXR. I ordered 3 evening tickets for an event, after I ordered them it said I ordered 2 morning ticket and 1 evening ticket. They wouldn’t change them for me so I asked for a refund so I could reorder them for the correct times. I spent $44 for the refund protection plan. They still would not give me a refund. I spent over $400 in all for these tickets. They are very misleading so I definitely do not recommend using TIXR for anything.

Bad platform
Biggest issue is you can’t list soccer tickets for less than $31. So most of our tickets for matches we can’t attend go unsold. 2nd issue, they don’t transfer the funds for sold tickets until after the match. 3rd issue, they don’t transfer tickets cannot be posted on other ticket sites to get around the $31 price block. I hate this platform. Will probably not renew my season seats as I am losing too much money for unattended matches. Bring back Ticketmaster!
