Super disappointed
Went to ask for some help on their support, it’s been 2 days with 0 replies I’ve made 2 tickets trying to get ahold of them and nothing thus far.
I bought 2 tickets by accident and needed help to see what the next steps were and their ai bot just says I’m being transferred to someone that can help and no one comes. I’m super disappointed and spent 140$ just because they weren’t willing to send a response back. Idk why’d you have a support system if no one ever gets back to you. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

They won’t log me in
It says I need to click the link in an email to confirm, it was done prior. I can easily log in via the website, but the app won’t and doesn’t send me a new email with like. So basically this app is useless
Such a bummer
I miss being able to share tickets to events. I wasn’t able to attend a show, but with the changing QR codes, I couldn’t give the tickets to a friend or family member. Just went to waste. Kind of sucks!

Fun concept and useful
Lowkey only got this app so I can get tickets to bfdia 25 in theatres, so i barely know much about the app. But the concept is very cool and I got my tickets! Thank you app!
