Needs a major update
Compared to all other festival apps, this one needs a refresh the most. There is no place on the app to save your favorites, the artist lineup tab is from 2023, and most of the rest of the app is old and out of date with info from past years. Just download and look at the Coachella or Tomorrowland app to compare and you will see what I mean.

Button to earn points missing
I attended an ultra event recently and wanted to add my points, however, the button is just missing from the app.
There is no loyalty program
I got credits for Ultra Miami, but have been to 6 events since and go zero credit on my account. Submitted three different support tickets to get help and never heard back. The Ultra passport appears to be either a straight up scam or has zero support for fans. Either way it’s a fail by this company

Missing offline capabilities
I relied on this app to see the lineup during the festival. But it doesn’t work when service is bad and guess what, during a festival there is frequently no data available. Developers, you had one job 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
