Needs a major update
Compared to all other festival apps, this one needs a refresh the most. There is no place on the app to save your favorites, the artist lineup tab is from 2023, and most of the rest of the app is old and out of date with info from past years. Just download and look at the Coachella or Tomorrowland app to compare and you will see what I mean.

Button to earn points missing
I attended an ultra event recently and wanted to add my points, however, the button is just missing from the app.
There is no loyalty program
I got credits for Ultra Miami, but have been to 6 events since and go zero credit on my account. Submitted three different support tickets to get help and never heard back. The Ultra passport appears to be either a straight up scam or has zero support for fans. Either way it’s a fail by this company

Missing offline capabilities
I relied on this app to see the lineup during the festival. But it doesn’t work when service is bad and guess what, during a festival there is frequently no data available. Developers, you had one job 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Primitive as a caveman
For as big as ultra is, you would think that they would have a decent app. Setting up an account is a nightmare, seeing set times is glitchy, and overall navigation of the app is very hard to understand. Great impression for the 25th anniversary.
Not user friendly
Confusing app. Aims for minimalism but its desire for simplicity makes it complicated. Nothing is titled. We don’t know what these nameless buttons are.

Usable, but Unreliable
My main problem with this app was how difficult it was to create the account. For some reason it jus my wouldn’t accept my information, until finally it did.
The biggest problem is “due to data insufficiencies points cannot be added retroactively” which is a fancy word for no you can’t add past events you’ve attended regardless of proof.

Poorly designed
Bad app. Times are backwards. Makes you login twice. Just plain bad.
Can’t login
I can login the website just fine but on the app it says wrong password. Doesn’t make any sense.
