Used to Be Great
If the app wasn’t so buggy without support I’d give it more stars. I can’t sign in or register. When I try the message just says “_______ failed.” No explanation. Also, no “help” or “support” or “forgot my password” option. So now I’m locked out of the account with no recourse. The idea is tremendous and I’ve used it a number of times, which is what makes these bugs super annoying.

Great help to choose seats
This is a great app to look at the view before you purchase any seats.
I’ve only used it for UK theatre where the uploads have been really good.

Stopped working?
I’ve enjoyed this app but suddenly it no longer works. I get an error of an invalid entry no matter what theater I search. I deleted and re installed the app and now cannot log in bc it has no “forgot password” option.
Pretty useful but…

A Room with A View!
So hard to find the best seats on Broadway if you are not familiar with The Theater. This app helped me to avoid the dreaded Balcony OVERHANG or the non-inclined seats! Thanks.

I like the app for searching seat location. However, the app itself is not user friendly. It is very difficult to write and edit reviews.

The search doesn’t work, doesn’t actually show you the view from your seat, quite pointless
App malfunctioning
App will not allow login and I can’t upload photos. Regularly Globe Life Field is not available. But the Ball Park at Arlington is available.
Can’t log in
I can log into the site on my laptop fine, but when I try on the app I get an error and cannot log in. Please resolve, thank you.
Unhelpful if you are anywhere but US or UK.
Can’t just search a theatre in Australia despite me knowing they are there. It doesn’t come up like the ones in US and UK you have to use google to find a theatre on view my seat and then it comes up. Why can’t I use your own search to find theatres in Melbourne and Sydney?

Gone downhill
Use to live this app before buying tickets, now the search feature never works, have to manually scroll through loads of options to see what you want.

Does not find well known venues or artists. Constantly says nothing found. Completely useless junk

List has American Football and football. American football is blank. Football is American football. So no real football venues! Rubbish app.
Error
Connection doesn’t work and yes I’m connected. No matter WHAT I type, it claims the user name is taken. I put in a bunch of gibberish and it STILL said the name was taken. Your app is crap please fix this.
Why is the search so bad??
I’ll type in the full name of a venue, and it’s still like the 20th venue in the list. Not only that, but there a like a dozen before it that don’t even begin with the same letters.
I really want to like this app, I really do. Honestly, if you fix the search, and the app will already be 10x better. I’ll instantly raise my rating to 4 stars
Another issue I’d like to see fixed, but of secondary importance: allow integration with Apple‘s password manager in the “join” screen. Fix this too and instant 5 star app!

This is my go to app for deciding where to purchase tickets, the view and experience is the most important part of watching events/games and they make it so easy!
