Great

Hoping it will see further development but probably not. Look up the guy who made the app if you want to find some really good resources! His YouTube is fantastic, thorough and amazingly he’s not trying to sell you anything! So rare to see nowadays.

Simple, effective, and thoughtfully designed

This is a real gift.

Just get this app!

It’s actually a free app.

I recently tried getting another app called headspace but you can’t even try it out without buying a subscription which is lame.

I found Lawrence van Lingen on YouTube. At age 40 doing physical labor jobs for the past 20+ years I’ve been having foot, knee, and back problems.

That led me to seeing a physical therapist who encouraged me to start doing breathwork.

I like to run but have struggled with stamina issues and nagging pains. Nasal breathing, actually helped my running performance.

Walking bare foot and using minimalist shoes have helped my feet and knees tremendously.

What dos all this have to do with this app? Lawrence van Lingen and his life and movement philosophy are like a culmination of all the things I’ve been working towards the last 6 plus months. I found his videos on rope flow then started watching his other content. He mentioned this app and I downloaded it instantly!

Great App

Awesome, simple way to improve breathing and reduce stress

More guidance

I so love the app. I think some instruction on the different sessions might be helpful. Maybe that is on the app and I just haven’t seen it. An option with guided directions might be helpful for some. All in all I have been enjoying the app. I have been doing the resilience breathwork
