About
This app is designed to record daily temperature and symptoms for families participating in the AERIAL (Airway Epithelium Respiratory Illnesses and Allergy) research study within the ORIGINS Project.
Features of the app include: daily reminders set by the parents to take temperatures, record daily temperature with automated time and symptoms (if any), track multiple daily temperature and symptoms separately, temperature and symptoms summaries are generated and can be useful for GP visits, if recorded temperatures and symptoms meet criteria, parents will notified that a swab will be needed for virus testing, AERIAL research team will be altered when swab are needed and will organise for the swab to be taken, if no daily temperatures are recorded for 3 days parents will be sent a reminder, parents can enter daily temperatures stored on the thermometer.
