Suppose you’re filling a form for your kid and you need to copy paste information. You switch between apps, copy, come back - and your form is closed and you need to start over.

I couldn’t get beyond searching for my child’s school. I’ll just delete the app for now.

Fix please
Fix it, it never lets me log in at all and when I can get in it says there’s an error and to check again later. For three years it’s been the same.

Captive customer base?
You download the app and it's horrible and the login sequence is a mess. Then you go online to reset your password (because it's not supported in-app, of course) and the website is horrible too. Not sure who is developing this or if it's the school district itself but my god it's as bad as you'd expect when the school tells you you have to log into a random app

Completely fails it’s one job
As soon as I got the app I went to sign in. I got past all the annoying “let blah blah send notifications” and all that when I got to the “get started button” I press it, and it does nothing. Try reinstalling it, still nothing, tried shutting off my phone and turning it back on, STILL NOTHING. This a waste of what could have been a nice easy way to check your grades, classes, and assignments. If I could put 0 stars I would. Completely pointless do not get.
