Been a Member since 1977. Never had a single issue getting a loan, managing my accounts or any money issue. The Staff over the years has been Professional and Courteous.
Great upgrade
I like how I can see all of my accounts in one screen making it easier to budget/transfer funds. You can still do everything you need like make your payments externally, submit mobile deposits, and transfer money using Zelle.

I like the new layout of this app. I can see checking, savings, and loans in one view and even get my credit score. Mobile check deposit is still here and easier to use. Zelle is awesome too. Overall this is a huge upgrade from the previous version. Great job, Aero Financial!

Easy, Fast, Reliable and Secure
The AERO app makes my banking easy. Transfers, mobile deposits, and bill pay are all super easy in the app. The layout is clean. I get notification and can see activity. The app runs smooth. There are security features that make me feel protected. Everything I need is there. I couldn’t ask for better!

Aero has an amazing app
Aeros mobile banking app is super convenient to use. It is easy to link my other accounts, make transfers, set up card controls and manage my account.

Security Flaw!
Security flaw: when Face ID fails to open the app, you only need to enter the 4 or 6 digit iPhone unlock passcode to open the App, not your Aero password. This is weak security. Needs fixing asap.
Really?
I haven’t been able to access my credit card account. And today they decided to shut my card down and change my card number that doesn’t expire until 2026. Told to wait to activate the new card until 1/28/2025, no grace period at all! Just expecting me to move everything overnight. WOW, you said nothing would change when they changed names. Well, you are going to lose my business. Bad enough that you move all your branches out of state. Poor customer service to say the least.

I really enjoy this app and its features. Just as good, if not better, than anything else I have used.
AMAZING
I love their new app!! There are a lot more features to it and I find it works a lot better than the old one. I can see all my accounts with one login, transfer money easier and quicker, there are so many improvements. So happy to bank here!
Lots of new features
I like the changes on the new app. There is a lot more that I can do now that I couldn’t before. I can control my debit card easier, view all of my accounts, get my credit score, and make payments faster. Overall, this is an improvement over the previous app.
New Aero FCU online access
This new App is worse then the previous version. Not sure why it even changed. When I went to download this new App from the App Store it just showed me to open the app so I didn’t download anything, so not sure what even changed
Garbage
This credit union and this app are terrible. The credit union has slowly gone down hill. I have been a member for over 40 years, but it is time to move on.
Bill Pay terminates App on latest iOS
iPhone and iPad with latest iOS. Everything in the App still works except Bill Pay. Upon selecting Bill Pay the app terminates.
Aero app
It’s not always accurate and customer has to go online to get the true amounts. What’s the purpose of the app if you have to go online?
