Used to be able to see more accounts.
Needs more functionality
The app is good for a snapshot of what’s going on in your account, but all of the features you need to set up direct deposits, order checks, etc. can not be done via app. It’s frustrating to have to constantly call the Credit Union to get things activated. This app is behind the times. Other banking apps allow you to do virtually anything on their apps without the need to call them, wait on hold, and be within business hours. This app needs to be improved so that just about everything we need can be done without making a phone call or going to the Credit Union in person.

Sends sign up confirmation pin to my former employee email address but I am no longer an active employee. End of the line for the app.
Stripped down and now oblique
They used to have a decent app. You could see a reasonable amount of information. Now you see no detail, Bill Pay does not show the last amount you paid that payee. Everything feels like they are hiding the ball. The information is the bare minimum and I feel like I have tunnel vision. I gave up on this worthless “improvement” and have resorted to going to the website. The iOS app is now truly horrible.
