Great Idea , no support , app doesn’t work

Great when it works.
This is a good aviation weather app but recently it refuse to work. Twice I’ve bought a subscription and each time I’ve asked apple to refund the £50 as the app has refused acknowledge I have a subscription. I won’t be bothering again.
Subscriptions are broken
Used to be a fantastic app, but now when you renew your subscription, it takes the money and nothing happens. Support won’t respond to requests for help, Apple had to step in and refund.
Good concept, worse support ever
I had this app for quite some time and I love it. I also like that you have the option to connect it to an iridium sat phone.
But I have never been able to make it work. I paid the subscription (by mistake I paid it twice, thinking that the payment had not gone through) and it never recognized that I had paid!
So I contacted customer service and they didn’t been acknowledge that I had written to them. Stay away from this app.

Slow to update weather
Very slow to update weather and keeps forgetting subscription data
Tries to charge for extras twice
I have updated the app several times yet when I log back in it doesn’t recognize my status and asks for a further upgrade.
Then the support page isn’t available!!!!!
Shame as the actual app is brilliant at getting a weather overview of your complete journey over time.Fix this and you get 5 stars.

You have to keep buying their apps and the program freeze. Waisted my money

Useful for GA pilots
Upgraded to TAF info and have absolutely no problems using my IPad. This is a useful app for GA Pilots in my opinion and I thank the developers.
Great quick look app for pilots and students
This app gives the pilot a quick look at what the current weather is doing all along the route. Need a forecast...touch the reporting station. Great quick app! ATP/CFIIME
Why?
Does not allow you to check METARs at an individual location. Can't even see the METAR, don't bother because this app is useless.
Good App....too pricey
I used this a lot when I was flying abroad and the information you get such as the moving IR imagery and the sig wx charts have been fantastic. However the subscription went from £17.99 for a year up to £49.99....it is way too much money I'm afraid and I'm disappointed that it jumped up by so much.
Great app but....
I use this app a lot or have done, but can no longer justify the yearly subscription of £50 that used to be what is now the 3 month subscription of £20.
I'm sure there is a lot of work that goes in behind scenes and for maintenance, but sorry, good app, but price is way too much now 😡

Winds aloft, don't bother
As a pilot, I've been searching for a good, reliable app to source winds aloft data as a quick alternative/addition to aviationweather.gov. This app might have winds aloft, but you'll have to pay for it. Otherwise there are better app alternatives for what it provides as is, which is METAR data. The layout leaves a bit to be desired as well.

Not good enough for pricing model
I don't find this app very useful for the subscription cost. Consider that all of the data you are accessing is free on many other sites so I'm just paying for ease of use / presentation. I would rather pay for ForeFlight. To me, this app should cost 1.99 or less and that's it.
Crashing on iPad Mini4
just bought the new Mini4 and a new Accukwik subscription but the app crashes while starting.
Freeze up
Great idea app but I checked two sites and it froze up. Like all good pilots we do things in three's. Froze up every time.
Buggy
5 stars for the idea and 2 stars for performance. Would be a great program if it would work consistently but it's buggy. Also thought the TAF addition was a one time purchase but turns out it's an annual subscription.
