About
What's New in Aethyr
2.0.1
September 16, 2026
Offload has been rebuilt so nothing you say gets lost, and Aethyr now speaks ten languages everywhere — including CarPlay, the Watch and the widgets. I'm Leo. I build Aethyr on my own and I have ADHD myself, so most of what changes each release is something that annoyed me first. NOTHING YOU SAY GETS LOST Empty your head in one go, and if anything gets missed on the first pass Aethyr catches it afterwards rather than letting it quietly disappear. "Half nine" means half past nine. "Ten to six" means 17:50. An adjective no longer loses your passport — "in the blue drawer" works as well as "in the drawer". If Aethyr doesn't mention something she saved, she adds it at the end. Filed and forgotten should never look the same. Offload works everywhere in the app now, so you can empty your head from any page. TEN LANGUAGES, EVERYWHERE All the corners that were quietly still English — CarPlay, the Apple Watch, the widgets, Settings, the first screen you ever see. Including what she says to a driver who's overwhelmed. BETTER AT READING THE ROOM Aethyr is much better at telling the difference between someone having a rotten day and someone who actually needs help. Being done with everything on your list is not a crisis. Neither is a car park with no way out. ALSO Animations stop when you turn Reduce Motion on, and fewer things redraw behind the scenes, so it should feel quicker. If something's broken or missing, tell me — I read everything, and it's usually in the next build.
