Poor design and execution
App is not functioning properly. Fails to register treatments on the calendar and the device doesn’t automatically connect to the iOS app. It forces me to repair the device every time. There is also no override option to enter a treatment where it’s not registered.
Overall, the developers really need to put in some effort here and push updates to fix these issues.

Terrible app
App does not work. I follow the instructions, the lights on the Aevo device say it’s connected but the app just says it’s attempting to connect and it never changes.
Doesn’t work properly
Half the time the treatments aren’t even registering on the app calendar and keeps disconnecting from the device. This is a very poorly done app.
Very glitchy.
Needs new update badly. It is very slow to sync.
Barely works
This app barely works. API errors. Followed manufacturer instructions to uninstall and reinstall and now the app thinks it’s a day ahead ! The API error indicates the treatments are not getting to my dentist either. Fix the app please.
Works about 50% of the time
I just started using this app with my new Invisalign and it works about 50% of the time. I keep getting an error called :API error -unknown error, and can’t connect my device when this error pops up.
