Frustrating
This app freezes frequently and I have to delete and down load the app every other week

Disappointed
It’s safe to say I woke up extremely disappointed at the forced app update on my phone this morning.
My dad retired with the DPD after decades of service and passed away last year. The main reason I have stayed with this credit union, other than good service, is its open support for the police and the pride I got representing them. It seems that era is over.
Is it also safe to assume that you’ll be removing the badge from our cards issued in the future? Because at that point, this is just another credit union and I no longer see a reason in being a member at an organization that has always been inconvenient to visit in the first place. I will always remember RMLEFCU and a big thanks to those who were involved in the OG company. 🫡

Best bank ever!
The tellers are nice, the supervisors are very personable and take real interest in my personal goals and finances and money options! Love RMLEFCU!!
Finally works
It’s taken several months but the app is finally working. No longer get the error message when starting the app and am able to access my accounts. I’d give it a higher rating but am waiting until I use it more.
Not working at all
Hasnt worked in months. I’ve tried everything to fix but nothing changes. Keeps saying error uploading configuration and won’t open. Would love to be able to access my money. Seems to always be an issue at this bank.
Not working
App is still not working on iPhone. A month of asking for help and a solution and nothing. Literally locked out of my accounts. Why is this so hard to fix?

This app is awful!! I have not been able to access it on my iPhone for several weeks. I have been told it is because the app developers rolled out a new version that is incompatible. They have been unable to fix it or provide any info on when it might be. Not being able to access my bank accounts for almost a month in unacceptable!

This app is broken and does not work. It does not seem like they have any intentions on fixing it.
Worst bank app I’ve encountered
Consistently crashes, doesn’t recognize account numbers at the bottom, tells me checks are different sizes between the front and the back, takes me 20 minutes to deposit six checks because of all of these issues. Incredibly painful to use.
Mobil App went down
This was a real inconvenience in not being able to get into my accounts!

This app has made banking so easy! Though there are a few random adds that pop up about insurance or something like that it’s overall a very easy and simple and great app.
