good app, needs the option to deposit payments early

They tell you their system is down until3rd,what they don’t tell you is that you have to redo all your information to get into the app and nobody to assist you.
New App 2025 issues
Well it seems some functionality that was on the previous app is missing. I can’t seem to set up balance alerts on my checking account or upload a paper check. It also no longer seems to let you view the paper check I wrote recently. No more viewing my actual statements online. For me these are not good omissions. I’m hoping this is just a bug and it will be fixed soon. For those reasons I’ve given it two stars. In the event these issues are resolved I will happily update my review. After all they are touting online banking. If I have to go in to deposit checks that really defeats the purpose. Of course getting someone on the phone is not happening. So far not great. So disappointing.

Easy to use and has mobile deposit along with debit card notifications.
Behind in afew things
This app needs Mobile deposit banking and Touch ID. All of my other bank accounts have it so this app is kinda behind. It also doesn't show how much money you owe on your loans or when they are do. So I still have to log into the website unless im just checking my balance or doing a transfer.
