Really?
So let’s think this through. He wants $30 dollars a month to access his app. Basically, a gym membership price. Not exactly but not far off. But did he supply your equipment? Is he paying your air conditioning bill? And other than creating the content once and occasionally tweaking it, what the hell is he actually doing? The content might be good but it’s still a ridiculous cash grab. He doesn’t have to do jack but sit back and let everyone pay him. There’s no real work involved after the first effort of putting this together but he’s going to charge $30 bucks a month? Youtube and a training journal will give you the same things for practically zero. Think about that.

Videos are too simple
Videos don’t really teach , and fast forwarding or rewarding videos is surprisingly not responsive . Overall it’s alright but this app could be so much more
Awesome workouts
I just started, but I know in a year from now if I stick with it, I'm gonna be yoked out of my mind. LFG!!!
Instant turn off
The fact that it asked me for payment before even given the chance to explore the app is an instant turn off. Most apps will ask you if you want to “upgrade” but this one went straight for the wallet. ✌🏼
Good but limited
The app is easy to use. I wish there were more programs to choose from. I was hoping some of those 8 week programs from the website would be in the app. I probably won’t renew the subscription
Impressive App
Adam has really thought of everything in this app. I love the timer between exercises and the videos showing how to complete certain moves. As someone new to kettlebells, this was very helpful to me!
Stuck with it
Was looking for a kettlebell training program and absolutely fell in love with this one!
Amazing app awesome programs that work and are efficient and well thought out
I have done multiple programs but I found using this app with adjustable kettlebells can not only build muscle it can build endurance and get cardio work in via Tabata or high intensity interval training (the rest periods on all exercise sets and exercises are 1m. I have found amazing results simply by doing this program and adding straight bar dips and pull I up’s in high volume accumulated crossed the workout. Couple all this with smart dieting and nutrition and in 10 months I went from 260lbs to 150lbs lean 5 foot 6 with a six pack. Hilarious love it love the workouts keep it up Adam!!!!

Well made but pricing and subscription model need rethink
The app delivers great content with strong presentation and a well organized interface. It’s easy to use and offers valuable material.
However, the subscription model is a drawback. At $24.99/month, the cost is high, especially given that the content doesn’t appear to update on a regular basis (daily or even monthly). For comparison, higher-priced services like Peloton offer constant updates and a broader range of content, which justifies their pricing.
This app, while solid, does not seem to follow a similar update cycle. Because of that, the subscription price feels excessive. A more appropriate model would be a one-time purchase, something like $49.99 for lifetime access, or a significantly lower monthly fee, around $4.99.
One star off for the high cost, and another for the subscription model that doesn’t align with the app’s update frequency. Otherwise, it’s a well executed product.

The best kettlebell training app
Update::: just wanted to say I am about three weeks into using this app. This is a legit app. It’s nonsense and straight forward. I’m really surprised on how well this app functions. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you!

In the shape of my life
I’ve had the app for a month now and have been doing the 6 week Muscle Building program. I’m 45 and have more lean muscle than I’ve ever had. Plus I love the convenience of not having to come up with my own programs - all this is done for me.
The best kettlebell app!
Adam has really put his heart and soul into this app. His passion for kettlebell training and for helping others truly shows. The app is super user friendly and easy to follow along, with videos of Adam for every single move!
Also, if you have any recommendations on something that needs to be fixed within the app, he will do everything in his power to make sure you are pleased.
Give this app a try if you are wanting to workout from home with just 1 kettlebell or take it to the gym!

Love the Programs
Decided to jump into kettlebell training this year so that I could vary my workout programs at home instead of paying for the gym. Adam’s programs are great for me in my late-30s. Low impact but still impactful and they meet me where I’m at in terms of both fitness and skill level. My only wish for the app is to have a landscape mode so that I wouldn’t have to stand my iPad up on end but otherwise I’ve been impressed with how intuitive it is. Would also like to see a little more technique commentary in the videos but Adam shows it well enough that I get the concept of what he’s doing.

Great workout app
Adam has seriously gone all out with this app. The workouts are intense but easy to follow with video guides and written explanations. There are several programs to choose from so don’t sweat it if you’ve never picked up a kettlebell in your life. He will progress through step by step until you work up to the athletic or progressive programs!
