This is my first time trading on Afrbtc app and I’m experiencing this bad connection I can’t even contact customer support or anything this is very bad please rectify this issue on the app I need to get credited so I can keep trading and I can also refer this app.

I enter a trade for CVS pharmacy card which was bought at a cbs pharmacy with receipts to prove and back up but the app keeps saying otherwise please I don’t want to believe I have been scammed I n my very first time using your services

I have been trading with this app for long and I haven’t experienced such.. why today after trading , I withdrew money into my account and still haven’t gotten credit yet.. no means to contact afrbtc customer service , why is it this way??
