This is the most worst and useless bank you will ever download run if you see Smartcash there customer care service is low you go just Dey have transaction issue every single time like, like time to like pls dont use Smartcash

Worst app with worst customer service
I have been logged out of my account for almost two months now, since mid May.
I have called severally to resolve my issue they’re not helping.
Once you are not using Airtel then they’ll lock you out once there is fund in your ur account and ask you to buy Airtel sim.
Now I have not been able to access my money for two month and their customer care will promise to follow up and reach out to you but all is a lie.
Just don’t use if you want customer service or you are not using Airtel line.
