Worst app with worst customer service
I have been logged out of my account for almost two months now, since mid May.
I have called severally to resolve my issue theyβre not helping.
Once you are not using Airtel then theyβll lock you out once there is fund in your ur account and ask you to buy Airtel sim.
Now I have not been able to access my money for two month and their customer care will promise to follow up and reach out to you but all is a lie.
Just donβt use if you want customer service or you are not using Airtel line.
