Worst app with worst customer service
I have been logged out of my account for almost two months now, since mid May.
I have called severally to resolve my issue they’re not helping.
Once you are not using Airtel then they’ll lock you out once there is fund in your ur account and ask you to buy Airtel sim.
Now I have not been able to access my money for two month and their customer care will promise to follow up and reach out to you but all is a lie.
Just don’t use if you want customer service or you are not using Airtel line.

I can’t open an account,my phone no was verified after that my bvn was verified as well but when it’s comes to Face ID it’s keeps saying ERROR. Despite a strong network or people with Afro can’t open an account

It’s over three days now that I recharged my meter but they haven’t sent the token till now the worst part of all is that I can’t even speak to there customer service and there’s no option of reporting the issue or ask for refund in the app this is really bad I liked the app before but now I don’t think I can be able to use it again after the refund
