To be very honest I don’t like how Smartcash handles the transactions especially when paying bills, i funded my sportybet account through Smartcash and the money is yet to reflect on my account and I was debited how on earth will your services be slow and still not giving what we wanted please and please I ensure you to amend 🙄

We need Beneficiary history urgently
A while ago, I experienced issues with Electricity token purchases but it’s been rectified. Well done.
In addition, please inform your tech team to create beneficiary history for electricity transactions and airtime/data purchases so I and other Smartcash customers don’t have to memorize 13 digit numbers or phone number when recharging. I could end up making mistake especially when I don’t have my phone (where it’s saved).
