Suggestions for the app developer
I suggest introducing an automated way of delivering phone & electricity credit , it could be done simply by linking the app with a sudanese bank account app that supports instant phone & electricity credit buying .
The app user interface needs more organization & less limitation like in contact us.
Email communications should be more informative & it would be nicer to somehow personalize the replies instead of relying mainly on automated email replies.
Search bar needs serious attention, products need to be more organized & easy to search for.
