My experience was extremely disappointing. My order was cancelled twice, and only on the third attempt did I finally receive an order confirmation. Throughout the process, customer service repeatedly called and texted me, creating the impression that the issue was being resolved.
However, after some time, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled yet again. To make matters worse, the support team stopped responding entirely. When I tried calling for clarification, my call was declined, leaving me with no explanation or assistance.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, repeated order cancellations, and the lack of customer support have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company unless they significantly improve their order management and customer service.

i have to wait so long for my order and they said the stiching is not complete that’s ridiculous its about one month my order i hate this app, i am never order again form this app still no response.

once you Paid for your order they never answer your question or picked up the phone and looks like indian bloody scammers never send you on time frame delivery !!! when they delivered thats done you never find them .. very cheap product .. as you seen in the pictures they are truly lie …. never ever encounter with this indian scammers !!! once you paid they never answer your call … i wanna give them -0 but no option …

Worst Service ever, please avoid purchasing items from this service or purchase it only after your 100% sure and have checked as it is extremely difficult to follow up with these people if anything is wrong especially if your international as they know that you can’t do anything.
I have been running around these people since April 2026 for a refund and it is June 2026. They keep sending me emails check with your postal/courier service repeatedly.
There are other websites that deliver and are there to support you internationally as well, don’t waste your money, time and effort on these third class people and service.
