Not reliable at all

I’ve ordered from this app and got mail saying it will be delivered in 15 days and after 15 days it’s still not delivered, they don’t reply to the mail and after checking with the customer service they can’t guarantee when it’ll be delivered. For sure I’m not ordering again from this app.
