These guys are literally a joke

My order is stuck on hold for 15 days but they are just saying “our team is working with dhl to know the issue”.
They don’t issue refund or do anything about it.

Vitamin C cream from Mamaearth is fabulous as I have been using since 3 years and 2% kojic acid face serum I never tried so hopefully it would give me best results & this was my first order from Distacart & with the hope I placed but I faced difficulties from the courier services & it took 26 days still I appreciate the support and assistance from the team , they reshipped my order with DHL - great service great packaging I love it's service so fast & reliable 👍🏻so I just received it today after waiting so long 😍feeling excited and happy 🤩
