Very bad home service
Bad Experience
The products were supposed to be delivered by 7th of Aug and after chatting to the support team they promised that the problem would be resolved within 24-48hours but it wasn’t and it was the same story when I called then again. And today 14th when i called the delhivery parcel company they said today cannot be delivered and if needed I could collect it from the office as if it were my job to do so. As I am going abroad i needed the parcels delivered on time so I had to collect it myself. The experience and service that I got was horrible.

Worst service and fraud
I ordered so many times from nykaa and i am totally disappointed that how unprofessional they are my orders were never delivered on promised date or time orders are always delayed by 5-6 days and i have to contact support every time to get my order delivered and honestly they don’t seem to care about it and even my order is out for delivery it’s not delivered and marked as unsuccessful delivery as the recipient is not available to receive the order which is totally fake delivery person never make a call or attempt to deliver the order. My 4-5 orders were delayed by week and i was told the excuse that my orders were misrouted how is that possible that orders ate misrouted in a row. Quit using
Been ordering from nykaa for years and never bothered with returns since i always felt the issue is minor or i didnt want to go over the return activity. Last month tho i received a broken lipstick, missing accessory and a scratch full of metal case so for the first time i requested for a return. For over 3 weeks i kept getting a notification that the pick up guy is coming and requires an otp. So every day i had to be on the look out and disrupted my daily schedule just in case he comes. I reported several times to nykaas support but i only had generic response of we are looking into it. There was only one real attempt for pick up wherein the guy called me and said ‘i am coming now, you have to come down and give me the item’ for which i repeatedly told him come up, it is only 2 floors and there is a LIFT’, he kept rudely refusing to come up and telling me i had to come to him myself with the otp when i said i will not, then he did not come to my house. I furiously reported this to nykaa who stil gave their generic response. Finally after a month, i guess, i opened nykaa and noticed ‘refund completed’ stated but still showing pending pick up. I assumed without letting me know, i got the refund and i dont know if anyone will ever come to pick up the item. The disruption of my daily schedule, the ultimate rude pick up guy and lack of anyone in nykaa to actually take action despite repeated report is what made me quit this app and deleted it completely from my phone.

Deceiving brand and worst service
I ordered multiple products from the online store when I was in India , when I was ordering the app told me it would be delivered to me in a few days, however each day the delivery date kept changing for multiple days and finally when the status showed as out for delivery, for 2 days they said it was unsuccessful because I didn’t answer the call, which was lying through their teeth as I expressed the same by calling the customer service and informing them. The customer service team was another useless experience only speaking from the template they have rather than understanding and helping with the matter. Then I got a call from Nykaa for 2 consecutive days at 7:45pm stating we will deliver the products tomorrow and we have scheduled it. Again a complete lie and not taking any responsibility or keeping any promise. I WILL never recommend the app or Nykaa to anyone. I am now forced to cancel my order.
