Deceiving brand and worst service
I ordered multiple products from the online store when I was in India , when I was ordering the app told me it would be delivered to me in a few days, however each day the delivery date kept changing for multiple days and finally when the status showed as out for delivery, for 2 days they said it was unsuccessful because I didn’t answer the call, which was lying through their teeth as I expressed the same by calling the customer service and informing them. The customer service team was another useless experience only speaking from the template they have rather than understanding and helping with the matter. Then I got a call from Nykaa for 2 consecutive days at 7:45pm stating we will deliver the products tomorrow and we have scheduled it. Again a complete lie and not taking any responsibility or keeping any promise. I WILL never recommend the app or Nykaa to anyone. I am now forced to cancel my order.

Bad Delivery Service
Its been three days now that I haven’t received my order which is prepaid they are least bothered about your package and the customer care is as good as garbage….Please change your delivery partner in Darjeeling or have some good customer service.
Worst Customer Support | Suspicious delivery partner
So, I had placed an order from Nyka on 7th May, 26 all were on COD. I got all the items delivered except 2 orders, which were supposed to be delivered in 2 days but then the day it was supposed to get delivered I got a call from their deliver partner in the morning, who stated that ma’am, ladka naya hai, aap address confirm karaya dijiye, order shaam tak aa jayega aapka, I gave the address and happy that I would be gifting it to my mother in law on Mother’s Day, but never got the order delivered since then, moreover, the best part, their delivery partner calls me up but never answer on call and updates the wrong remarks of “unable to connect” or “customer was not available to take calls”, plus their customer service is even worsen, they never answer to your calls when asked to get us connected with their voice customer support. They never took it seriously despite taking multiple follow ups. I again got a call from their delivery partner at this evening but again did not answer on call. And this was really frustrating and unprofessional.
Nyka couldn’t look after these issues, and has no control over these serious issues, impacting and giving worst customer experience.
No matter, how many brand they have got with them, but if the customer is facing such issues which are no where in consideration. God knows what these guys do at their customer support team or AI Chatbot, which is of no use.
