more worried about upselling than being useful
after ten minutes of digging around for it, i FINALLY found the new location for the “brands” tab (on the home page near the top and swipe over about 30 categories) since you moved it from the “shop” page. why? many of us arent aimlessly wandering around the app, we go in with a purpose and many of us are picky about the brands we buy because we spend a lot of time researching and making sure they align with our values so i’d appreciate it if you guys would stop MAKING IT HARDER FOR US TO DO SO. thank you.

I can sign on through the web but not the app. It says “sorry something went wrong try again later” it’s highly annoying, fix it

Needs better testing. So many bugs in this version, almost unusable. Wouldn’t trust putting my CC details in since it was so unstable.
Resetting gives false errors. Creating new account redirects to wrong page.
Says it accepts Apple Pay until you log in and then doesn’t.
Spent like 20 minutes trying to log in because the errors and wrong redirects.
