Unhappy
Did not have a great experience. I selected my 3 choices. In the app it said my choices were locked in and then showed me 2 other items that we don’t get to pick. Fast forward to my box and received all different items that I won’t use. In my sign up I said I don’t wear make up and they sent me 2 bronzer and 2 setting sprays and 2 lip glosses/sticks and I’ve only had it for 3 months. Even when I made my picks they just sent me whatever they wanted. Customer service was a bot that just kept asking me the same question over and over. Trash!

Can’t cancel
I cancelled my subscription, still got charged and they refuse to refund even though I have email confirmation of the cancellation. They say “Oh the cut off is the 25th”. I cancelled and they didn’t charge me until the 31st?! So you mean to tell me that I cancelled a full 6 days before you charged me and I can’t get a refund? Disputed with my bank and blocked them from ever charging me again. They are ridiculous and greedy. Never in my life have I cancelled a subscription and been charged for it 6 days later for them to say “sorry, you cancelled too late in the month” What?!

Good products but bad service
Ipsy is a good way if you want to try new products. I like it for that reason. But if you have a subscription it won’t let you decide if you want to continue with it or not. It makes you order without your permission. I think Ipsy needs to change that because it’s not right if you get fined for something you didn’t want. I know I should’ve checked it or something but it still is disappointing.

No landscape mode
IPSY is fun, but this app isn’t fun if you use a Magic Keyboard with your iPad, since there is no landscape mode.
Can’t cancel
Don’t worry if you ever want to stop you can’t ! It will tell you to enter your username and password and constantly tell you it’s wrong. You can delete it and un download it and clear it out and it still won’t work. also you never speak to a real person if you have any problem they also do not have a customer service number
