They sell so much that can’t handle the volume. My first box was wrong, the second got missing. If you check reviews of most of their items, you will see that they sell what nobody likes

The app has worked maybe twice since I’ve downloaded it.
this app is awful
the app crashes all the time and i've never seen an app need an update every time you use it. it's too cluttered and disorganized.

Anytime I have an issue with any box or choice they have fixed it or made up for any mistakes made - love love it! Gotten so many cool things
