App not working

App used to work just fine, but suddenly it isn’t working anymore. I'm using an iPhone 8 on iOS 16.7.16. The H&M app says my device is incompatible and recommends using the website. However, the website crashes with 'Application error: a client-side exception has occurred' whenever I browse categories. Other shopping websites such as Zara work normally.
