i like H&M it's a high quality brand I love it and i wish the creator of this brand and this app read my message because there is only one problem. There is no shipping for some countries Arab countries like Iraq 🇮🇶 ???????but there is for Kuwait Saudi Arabia and others I don't know why ? Because we are dangerous or something or we have bad time right know with all this wars ?

Great selection and good customer service
I usually have horrible experiences with Zara so I was pleasantly surprised the selections and the customer service that I got from H&M. They stepped up the game. No one want to shop at the store or online where the sales person were chatting non stop each other and make a lot of mistake like Zara

もう同じ商品は作らないということですか？
そんなにデザインをコロコロ変える必要ある？
あとEur表記なのでサイズ感が分かりにくい。
オンラインショップもあるなら尚更日本人に分かりやすいように平均身長に照らし合わせたサイズ表を男女共に表示して欲しい。
とにかくユーザーのこと考えていない仕様。
追伸:アプリのお気に入りから消えてもホームページに残っていればまだ可能性があるかも。しかしアプリ内にある情報と公式ＨＰの情報に差がある時点で何の価値もないクソアプリ。
運営はユーザー目線に全く立っていない。星1の価値もない。

One of the manager in Bellevue Washington store . Her name is Melina one of the worst manager she was very rude and behaved and showed worst experience. I bought a shirt and it was damaged and she denied to return or exchange. I would never visit this store

Language support
Usability is standard, except after an update, the app has now defaulted to French and I am unable to change the language anywhere because it thinks “Canada” region is French only. Quite literally haven’t purchased from H&M in almost a year because of this. Please add support to override language from the app.

New filtering options
The new update has made filtering options literally impossible to find clothes. So for example, if I want to see what is new in, I click on ‘new in’ and then I have the option to filter things that I want to see like trousers and tops.
The problem here is that you’ve given items impossible to second-guess names.
So if I want to filter by trousers, because that’s all I’m looking for, I have to tick ALL the boxes that have the word trousers. ‘Pull on’ trousers ‘jazz pants’ are some of the options. It is such a silly way to filter to items can we just make it nice and easy like it used to be?
Ever since the new app has changed the way you filter, I can’t find items which means I don’t buy as much as I used to, I don’t realise half the items exist because I can’t find them.

Falta de tallas
Antes me encantaba era mi primera opción de compra porque tenían tallas hasta la 4xl, pero últimamente toda su ropa llega solo hasta la talla L, hace bastante tiempo que no puedo encontrar nada, es triste era mi tienda favorita
