Honestly, H&M’s service is extremely disappointing. I can find a new collection and specific items on your international websites, yet there is absolutely no clear information about whether they will ever be released in Saudi Arabia. This is incredibly frustrating for customers.
Other major fashion retailers, such as Zara, manage their regional launches and online availability far more effectively. At least you can clearly see what is available in your market instead of being left guessing.
For a global brand, H&M’s experience in Saudi Arabia feels seriously behind. You need to improve your regional product launches, stock updates, and customer communication because this level of uncertainty is simply unacceptable.
