Enhancement request for developers
in HM MENA version , when you click on an image and go back it doesnt return you back to where you left but it starts from scratch so the search experience becomes very annoying . I compared it to uk version , uk version is working fine . I hope you apply the fix for MENA version thanks

Non existent aftercare, customer service are impossible to reach, not helpful and will end the chat at any opportunity. App is glitchy and delivery won’t arrive

For the past six months, the app has only been available in Arab countries. What are users in Europe supposed to do learn Arabic just to use it?

I would give zero stars if I could. They sent a partial order, took the return back, and have now been holding my money for 25 days. I've called numerous times with no resolution. It seems like once they have your money, they have no interest in helping you. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere

Too many bugs
It’s taken me 5 days so far trying to place and order snd still not successful. Customer service isn’t much better.
