Bad customer service

If you get your packages mis-delivered by them they will not resolve the issue. Even with evidence, they will not issue refunds or resend the shipment you paid for. They just pocket your money and promise you that they’re going to reship it to you and then never end up sending the reshipment even though a claim has been confirmed opened and concluded by customer service agent.
