Very Bad service still haven’t got my items
I’ve been waiting for my item, and the staff have no idea how to find out where my order is. They told me, (Once we send it, it’s not our responsibility to check where the items are). You can have the courier’s contact details, and you need to sort it out yourself.’ How bad is this service? I definitely recommend using Lila Beauty instead. Their service is much better, they provide express postage and the quality is great.

Useless customer service
I submitted my first order and was given a discount code to use, like a first order kind of thing. I forgot to use it but immediately emailed them. I never heard from them. I wanted a credit or a new code to use on a future order. After almost 2 weeks with no response, I tried the live chat. I was told they could do nothing. The discount amounted to less than $7. I said I was deleting app and they just lost a potential long-term customer for less than $7. How stupid is that? For now on, I will order from sokoglam.com.
