One month and the order doesn’t arrive
I have been waiting for the shipment for a month according to the tracking number there is no update they have not even received it. It’s disrespectful to cancel, it’s impossible. Terrible I will never buy from this site again. I’ve bought things in Japan, China... and even if it’s where my order is from. A NIGHTMARE THE WORST

YesStyle used to be one of the very few authentic distributor to deliver to Iraq , now that the conflicts are ended please return the shipment to Iraq

If you have the option do NOT purchase from yesstyle! Their customer service is terrible. I ordered two items that said were in stock and I ended up waiting 3 months with it stuck in processing. One item finally was in stock and instead of sending me the item they had to wait for the other item, when I requested to cancel just one item and and have the other shipped they just refunded the entire thing!? 3 months of wasted time. Never ordering from them again.

Terrible and confusing customer service workers. I had 2 items that were taking 21 days to restock so I requested they be replaced with items that I chose were cheaper than the 2 items and I was speaking to one worker and she told me that my items could be replaced but I was emailed 2 days later (today) and told this wouldnt be possible anymore. I needed this makeup asap and it’s already been 16 days since placed my order.
