Useless App. Not user friendly at all.
Tried to order some items. Needs a delivery address. Tells me it’s unable to automatically lookup the address. Forces me to enter the address manually. Then tells me it cannot deliver to this address. Tried to change it to click and collect but seems to go around in circles with the delivery address. So order is now stuck. Will look to get the items from somewhere else eg Myer.

The ASOS UX is unmatched. I’ve literally never had an issue with lagging or crashing, which is a frequent experience on most shopping apps

Really happy with the ASOS app! It’s easy to use, has a huge selection of clothes and brands, and the search and filters make finding what I want really simple. Ordering is straightforward and I can easily track my deliveries and returns through the app.
Exceptionally long shipping even for express which is over one week!
