Good app, terrible customer service
Didn’t send the right clothes, sent random stuff instead. No customer service, only a Bot. Eventually got through to customer service who were useless and made the whole thing 10x worse. Asked about complaint process - turns out that, not only do they not have a phone number you can call, but they also mark their own homework so no complaints process whatsoever. Terrible.

Returns Policy is a Joke
Used to be a huge fan of ASOS and have shopped there for over 10 years, but the new returns policy to charge 3.95 any time I place a new order now and minimum £9 delivery, then if I want to return the item deduct even more money? It is simply crazy when they’re an online retailer so there is no possible way for me to try on the items, so naturally a higher return rate could happen if something doesn’t work. It has just gone to the dogs a bit and I’m now deleting the app since I’d have to pay nearly £13 on top of anything i order from now on. It just feels like one big scam and overall a bad experience

Horrible delivery experience
Only 2 of my 6 products were delivered days ago and still no rectification and we are almost a week later. No live customer service only AI messaging 😢

I would 100% recommend this shopping app!!! They have amazing brands like Hollister, Edikted, Bershka, Ed hardy and soooo much more. I would definitely say it’s worth it for the asos premium, because of the super speedy next day delivery :) this is literally the only app I use for online shopping nowwww. GET ITTT! 🫶

Handling fee
What a joke. ASOS now charging a handling fee plus postage. How do you know if an item fits when you can’t try it on! Surely the whole point of online shopping is ordering so you can try on at home or return! Total rubbish . Bring back the high street shops
Please get your sizing right!
Constant issues with sizing & then I get penalised for genuine returns! I’m reluctant to order and also won’t be extending my account when it ends. M&S sizing is your role model.

I have not received any of my items and the delivery service (ups) is not responding to me
I am highly disappointed at the fact that the delivery service has not delivered my package since June 30, and has not communicated anything to me. They do not respond to my messages as well and have been completely unhelpful.

In my opinion over the years ASOS has just got better and better and the variety of clothes / shoes has really improved. I love the fact that I can order one day and it be here the next and my kids love the range of designers that they now stock (even if my bank account doesn’t). It really feels like a one stop shop from beauty products to clothes and everything in between.
