Ordering experience
Such a wide range of clothes, so reasonably priced and theres always a sale! My daughters love ordering off there and we exclusively use asos for all clothes and makeup shopping! Thanks ๐

Brand of asos - the quality is abysmal. Refunds are a problem and frankly it is not fit for purpose.

I love asos but I am so disappointed with the courier service they use. I paid for next day delivery which should have been Friday. Paying for this service means next day. I had an appointment on Saturday and they left a card advising they have taken the item back. They could have given it to a neighbour or left it in a secret location. Other services do!!! Well I have an event and no dress. This has ruined everything. So never again will I be using the app or the shop, unless they change their courier service. Next day is next day, donโt advertise it if you canโt deliver. Very upsetting.

The new search experience
The new search experience is restrictive when a user makes a search only 2 or 3 items display itโs suggesting not searching this frustrates a customer. Asos needs to either fix this or revert to the previous search experience . This is my experience on mobile I donโt know if it behaves the same on desktop
