Scam
They sell so much that can’t handle the volume. My first box was wrong, the second got missing. If you check reviews of most of their items, you will see that they sell what nobody likes

the app crashes all the time and i've never seen an app need an update every time you use it. it's too cluttered and disorganized.

Pop up freezes app
Every time I try and open the app (even in the same hour) a pop up saying “installing new version” pops up and no any times just freezes and never loads the app, or you can see the Home Screen but you can close the pop up. Extremely frustrating.
Didn’t receive my boxes
I both this back in the Winter! It was Buy one box and get one free. I bought the year Membership and I paid for it. 259.00 somewhere it that Ballpark. It came out of my Bank and I never received one box let alone two. And this was 4-5 months ago.
Better than the website now!
The app offers a lot more than the website - future sale previews, contests, enhanced sorting for sale merchandise, etc. it is a wonderful compliment to the site. And FFF is constantly making improvements…they listen to customer feedback and pivot as needed. The app has changed a ton in the last few years - I never used to use it but it’s become my “go to” FFF destination. It’s great!

App regularly gets stuck on ‘installing a new version of the app’, promising it’ll be working in seconds, yeah it doesn’t. Do you want to sell stuff?? Fix your app. Or stop sending me push messages to check out a sales dumbest app from a company ever, literally never saw such a bad app before.
Horrible Changes
FFF was great until they changed the app. Constant glitches, freezing, won’t open at sales. Trying to refresh is horrible now. It makes it so hard to shop. So frustrating that you just end up not dealing with it.
They cheat you
You think you sign up for one year but they charge you again and you basically can’t get out of this nonsense
Why is Apple Pay required to update the app???
I can’t use the app without the update, but I can’t update the app without Apple Pay setup which I don’t want. This is supposed to be a free app so why is Apple Pay required for updates?
Consider other subs
I decided to give FFF a try again because of the advent box offer…well they threw in the stuff that was supposed to be in the advent box, but I never got the box…and when I complained I got an offer of a $5 certificate and “well you got what was in the box…we were just out of boxes”.

Won’t let me cancel
I have tried multiple times to cancel my account. This company tricked me into believing that cancelling my annual membership was all I needed to do. Not true. They keep sending me boxes that I don’t want and charging my credit card. There is no clear way to make them stop.
Freezes
So frustrating that the app freezes so often. I update frequently and it still happens.
App Keeps Crashing…
I have the iOS app every time I try to open orders and if I try to open orders and keep on tracking it just crashes and the screen goes black and then I have to exit out like swipe up. And try again and I keep trying and it never works. It’s really. Frustrating. Then on top of the most irritating thing, like the other things super irritating, is the fact that every time I open the app it does this flashing thing with these. I don’t know what to call it. It is black rings that look like striped rings that open out roofs and it just flashes the screen flashes several times which is very dark and I just literally have to turn the phone away from me because it just really hurts my eyes so anyway, if you get both those items that would be great just really sucks. I mean you should be able to go online on the app and check your order status and check your tracking basic stuff I’ve never had a crash as many times as the FFF. I don’t know why I keep trying.

NOT new and improved
I love this site, but this app is terrible. I’ve got the newest version of the app and it constantly has a pop up from FFF that comes up saying it’s installing a new version of the app for me to enjoy. It never goes thru and then the app just automatically closes out. So then I have to restart the app again hoping that pop up doesn’t come up right away. Most times it does but other times after spending time on the app it pops up again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix your app!

Incompetent unhelpful liars
If I could give Zero stars I would my order is almost a month late the courier says they never received it and fabfitfun says it’s weather that is no where near my area everytime I complain they said they will look into and get back to me and then nothing till I start a new request don’t waste your time money or sanity
