Deleted App
Reason: No direct click to Apple Pay. Less data (aka PRIVACY) theft buying direct from website, due to direct click to Apple Pay after adding to cart.
utter waste of memory
completely empty app. can’t login, can’t grt an email to change password [i even double checked it’s the right one AND checked the spam and every other folder multiple times], can’t click the chat help option, absolutely ZERO products dhow up at all [not on home section, not a single category, nothing i search has any results], can’t even select my usual location [even when i use the exact zip code, it says ‘there’s no sally around here’ and refuses to let me click, and when i zoom in to the location of the storefront and find it myself it refuses to let me click it]. just utter waste of time, memory, storage, you name it. if i could give zero stars to match the emptiness of my experience i would, but less than 1 star reviews aren’t allowed or registered so there’s that. this is also my FIFTH time trying to write a review since apple refuses to post them. probably why the rating is still 4.8 despite over a year of recent ratings having been similar or the sane experienced as me. they refuse to post them all. don’t even waste your time. just utterly useless and frustrating.

Unable to place orders
This hasn’t always been a problem but recently it will not let me place orders.

Great items great prices love all the items at Sally’s especially the bleach products for blonde hair blonde hair. It is amazing. Super great deals all the time.
Super slow
All these updates but it’s still slow. This app has always been slow, I have items in my cart that I can’t view because it’s “empty” but also too full to add new products. Can’t see the items I’ve saved in favorites but the items have a red heart like they are saved. Do better or create a better app it’s 2026 I shouldn’t be having issues with an app not working fast enough
