Each time I try to create an account the app shuts down. I’ve tried 3 or more times. I deleted app.
Keeps crashing whenever I attempt to create an account
Whenever I try to enter my zipcode, the entire app crashes. It’s super annoying and buggy
Go in store only
The app is good if you want to do pickup or see what they have before going in, but don't use it for delivery. They separate your packages in the most obnoxious way, and now I have to wait longer to fix my hair because they've only sent one item so far, and I'm missing the rest. I regret not going in-store, especially since I'm not as busy as I thought I would be. Great products though.

Keeps charging my card!
I ordered off the app, big mistake. It ordered my purchase twice. Which sounds like a me mistake, until you put in the factor that I ordered on the 16 and everything went smoothly. and then it charged my card on the 18th AGAIN for the SAME ORDER. Didn't even go into the app on the 18th! Then some how the money goes back into my account on the 20th. Same day, I run to the store and it REORDERED my purchase again?! I called the department to see what I could do, and they just told me I have to wait for the package to deliver then I can return the package and get my money back. What the hell is going on? This is my first time ordering off this app, and now I have to go to the bank to get my card shut off or whatever to get them to stop charging my card for stuff I'm not ordering!! Just go in person please.

2 hour delivery
It indeed is not 2 hour delivery I placed my order at 12pm and it’s now 8:30pm and it still says processing. I called customer service they don’t even know where or what parts of my order is or if they are ready.
