The store is great the app is horrible
I love Sally’s it’s a fantastic store! How ever this app is horrible I try to order items from the site and app completely kicks me out! I tried creating an account by the time I’m almost finished setting up everything it kicks me out. I have been dealing with this for 2 years. I even called customer service and they said we are sorry this happens all the time. Something needs to be fixed because this is not okay.

Feels old and breaking my phone
Literally refreshes 100 different times while scrolling can’t search well and I’ve tried to check out multiple different times with Apple Pay and it never works. Literally feels like it was made 10 yrs ago and never updated, feels like I’m getting a virus just using it
App crashes everytime I open it
The app won’t let me create an account or do anything without the app crashing and closing. After like the 8th time, I just deleted it
Glitchy
Each time I try to create an account the app shuts down. I’ve tried 3 or more times. I deleted app.
Keeps crashing whenever I attempt to create an account
Whenever I try to enter my zipcode, the entire app crashes. It’s super annoying and buggy
