I hate the app! Uninstalled from my phone. I recently moved and when I changed my address I started having constant issues. This company just lost a longtime customer.

Such an amazing store
I go to this store in the Northridge mall and it is super nice! The workers are super helpful, it is very clean, and they have very diverse options in the store! It can go from light clothing and accessories to darker clothing and accessories, there are countless anime’s and cartoon stuff in the store plus if you ask them sometimes they will try to get stuff others will buy based on recommendations! The workers are so nice, they will even check on you in the store to see if you need help with anything, they will check in the back to make sure that they do or do not have the item you want without complaining or giving you a hard time about it and if you explain to them what you want to buy and how you like things they will try to find an item more personalized to you in the store or something they like that they think you may like. Everytime I go into the store I’m so comfortable getting on the ground to look for things because it is… SO, CLEAN! I’m not worried about my clothes getting dirty because their floors arent dirty, in addition it isnt infested with bugs like other stores I’ve been too, it’s very well kept and if there happens to be an accidental spill theyre quick to clean it. One of the workers I was actually with today named Alice was super helpful, she helped me with my order and made checking out my items very easily. Kinda like youre talking to a friend, so yeah I would go to the hot topic store in the Northridge mall or anywhere! I love hot topic! Forever one of my favorite stores!😁
