Can’t cancel
Don’t worry if you ever want to stop you can’t ! It will tell you to enter your username and password and constantly tell you it’s wrong. You can delete it and un download it and clear it out and it still won’t work. also you never speak to a real person if you have any problem they also do not have a customer service number

Seriously IPSY? Pay attention to your reviews…your devs must be on extended vacay because the bugs keeping us from being able to shop without the app 💯 freezing/becoming non responsive HAS to be dipping revenue enough for you guys to care/notice. This has been documented by customers for MONTHS now - act like you care.

I was scammed
I have been fighting with this greedy company for months over accidentally re subscribing. I asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds but I never received a package either. they stole my money and just never contacted me about it. I have tried to reach out so many times only to be talking to an ai bot. Greedy horrible company

You literally can’t cancel it
I loved ipsy but this is ridiculous. I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, it doesn’t work. Finally, for some reason my account now says i don’t have a subscription or any history of a subscription, but i’m still getting charged and still receiving the ipsy packages? Been almost a year now and i’m getting pretty tired of it. I’ve tried almost everything. I’m going to have to go to my bank and get it blocked or something because oh my god is this very annoying. I also am not sure why they have you choose what you want in the ipsy packages and choose your skin color and then they send you stuff you don’t want and the complete wrong color. What am i paying for?

Super laggy app
The app constantly freezes and won’t let me add products to my cart. I eventually give up and go to Ulta instead. I pay more there, but the constant issues with Ipsy makes it frustrating and time consuming.
It’s not even worth it.

OK so I’ve gotten 3 bags from IPSY , the first time I ordered I hated my first bag, waited for the second to come in with better hopes & the zipper was broken on the bag bent couldn’t be fixed, & items inside it still wasn’t worth it. So I cancelled my subscription.
Just decided after 2 years to try again, & nope lol, I didn’t even receive all items & when I emailed them they just said oops were mailing that item now and it’s been 2 months nothing.
Cancelled my subscription again and won’t try again with Ipsy ever again.
You get good deals on the little store however shipping takes EXTRAAA LONG!!! Not worth it lol.

Very Disappointed
They make it difficult to cancel subscription. I searched everywhere and thought I had finally canceled this subscription to find out that I was once again charged a subscription fee. This is the 2nd time I have tried to cancel. I feel like they tricked me into another payment . A good wouldn’t have such dirty tactics!

Been a member for a very long time. Currently have the “Extra” membership, with the $15 monthly booster.
I find that sometimes the add-on’s offered to purchase after building your box have BETTER options than the items I had to choose from for the box selections.
Also, it would be great if they could update their shopping cart to have the option to save item(s) for later.

Ipsy person
I can’t log in anymore because every time I click log in it just freezes and doesn’t let me log back in. I have already been an Ipsy customer but it’s making me log in again but I can’t log in. I’m getting packages of stuff from Ipsy but I don’t get to pick what I want. I like the products they’re good but it would be better if I got to pick some.

Constantly limited shades
The idea behind it is great however they never have any of the lighter shades left in foundation or concealer or powder. Also sold out completely starting to get frustrating
Can’t cancel order
The subscription part of this is great however the actual shop part is not that great, once you’ve placed an order with their shop theres no way to cancel it. Not even 30 mins after placing it. No button , just nowhere to cancel it. You will have to go through a lot of steps and emailing for soemthing that would have been so simple on another platform. There’s simply no button for cancelation or for mistakenly making this order. Ipsy please fix this

Who created this app?
This one of the worst apps I have eve come across. It’s glitchy, the layout is not user friendly. This company’s nd its concept is awesome, but the app seems like it’s being managed by 1 full time person and one part time person in another country. Can this company please invest in their IT department?? It’s so frustrating because the concept of this company is great, but the app is absolute garbage.

Ipsy was good, but kept charging me
so I thought that I would have to like press the button for to judge me no, we kept charging me over and over and over again over and over it even canceled one of my Amazon orders to take its money and now I can’t get a refund. I hate this app don’t download.
Awful app and bags are $18!
All the ads you see our lies even if you do sign up or refer a friend you don’t get that bag for that price. They’re all $18 every single month. I just tried to cancel my subscription and they still billed me!!! When I tried to get in contact with anyone I just get an AI bot that doesn’t help at all.

The app sucks
The buttons/links seem to never work. It says “choose your products now” you click on it and nothing happens. It’s really annoying. I spend so much money a month and you can’t even get your app to work correctly. It’s ridiculous.
Horrible
You can’t do refunds. I bought the cheapest package. $15, I got charged for the one I bought, then I got charged $71 for an ultimate package. They will not refund it. It’s not supposed to come until August and they won’t cancel it even tho they haven’t even started packing it.
Glitchy & Hands-off Customer Service
I have been a member off and on for years and am so done. Shipments don’t arrive and they only give you a chat box with a bunch of insignificant and inapplicable prompts. Used to be great but now you can’t trust them or their app.
