Bugs and Glitches
This app has the most glitches I have ever seen. The is useless, I cant search anything, every time I try to shop by specific brands I get sent back to the home screen. I live too far from the Sephora stores to have to just guess on whether they have the product before I come in.

I was hoping the last update would fix it but the option is still missing. It was my go to way to shop.
No longer able to search by brand?
When did Sephora remove the option to search by Brand under the Shop section of the app? I am no longer seeing that option, and it seems really odd that they would remove it.
Login issue
I had an acct been trying to log into my acct and nothing works. Online on the app, on my computer nothing!!!

They say you can order it online but it can’t even ship to Canada! Like what! 2 stars.

Love the app but WHY did you get rid of the Brand category??

where did the A-Z brands list go?? am I losing it or did it just disappear? it was here a week ago and now it’s not
The A to Z category
I would like the A to Z category/ list of all the companies that collaborated with Sephora back on the app. It was very helpful with brands I like and the try new brands/products.
Glitches at checkout
I tried to check out in the app. It gave me an obscure error message and cleared out my cart and returned to the app home page without any “order placed” banner. I figured the app bugged out and had to manually re-add every item again just to place another order. Only later did I notice that the first order did go through instead of the app glitching. So now I have to request for the original order to be canceled.

Brand section gone
The brand section is now gone and it makes it harder to find products
No delete or unlove button
I hate that in my loves basket in order to get rid of a love I have to do it one at a time and when I do do it it scrolls right back to the top of the basket . There should be an option to select several items at once to unlove. Please make this happen !!!!
It’s ok
This app is ok The only issue is every time I open the Sephora app. It just isn’t signed in. I have to use my Face ID every time and it gets really annoying and also every time I open something it just says error please try again.
Closed my account
It is concerning that on 8/11/26 an Israel government page posted about Sephora coming to Israel. It’s a deal where some of the products are being sold at third party stores but it’s scary that an official ministry page for Israel is using Sephora to take a jab at people who are protesting genocide. This along with other ethical issues that have come up with this company I no longer feel like it is a business that is safe, ethical or inclusive. I’m boycotting Sephora due to their partnership with a government that is committing genocide, misleading and aggressive marketing campaigns, labor law violations…and more.

Put it back!
The Brand tab when you’re looking to shop is gone and we want it back. It was the single most useful tab and I’m not enjoying this new…..whatever this is! The way I had saved my favourite brands for ease and now they’re gone. Thanks Sephora. Way to ruin the app experience for your consumers.
