I love this app except for the fact that I deleted it, re downloaded it, and it still wont let me in. Im not able to use this app but I still think it’s pretty good.

I spent an hour trying to figure out how to order a 20 dollar item it took 3 different accounts creation attempts for me to get free shipping and I had to enter 3 different credit cards information to order my product will not be purchasing from here again unless loving girlfriend wants something cool

With all the money Sephora makes i’d expect a better app like c’mon its 2026. There has been numerous times I’ve opted out of buying something bc the app keeps lagging/crashing. But I guess Sephora just wants to take all our money instead of updating their app and making it more user friendly.

I’ve been trying to check out for 2 weeks now and every time I go to the cart, it freezes my whole app. I tried deleting and reinstalling several times, but it still doesn’t work. I might just get what I want on Ulta instead, at least I could check out on there. I might also just delete this app for good because I need storage and it’s not like it’s working anyways.

My cart keeps freezing with the June 2026 update. Customer service says it’s a known issue. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but nothing works. What if you actually fixed the problem? 😱
