Terrible Customer Service & Flawed Delivery System for Bulk Orders
Terrible customer service and completely unhelpful return/missing item policy. If you order multiple items together, the system marks the entire package as "delivered," even though items are frequently missing or completely wrong.
When you raise a complaint, Ajio hides behind automated, standard rejection templates claiming their quality checks are foolproof and that sealed packaging prevents missing items. They completely ignore customer issues and refuse to take responsibility for missing or incorrect products. Avoid ordering multiple items in a single package.

I placed an order through prepaid payment, but the order was cancelled from their side, and I still haven’t received my refund. On top of that, one of the products I received was completely different from what I ordered and was of no use to me. I returned it, but I still haven’t received the refund for that either.
Their customer service is terrible. I can’t even get through to them by phone.
Very poor service and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend buying from them. Please don’t waste your money!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE – DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!
This is officially the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed my orders on the 1st of June, and because there was no Cash on Delivery (COD) option available, I was forced to pay the full amount upfront. Now that they have my money, they couldn't care less about delivering my products.
One of my orders was supposed to be delivered by June 6th, and the other by June 12th & it’s july 14th, I’ve been waiting for this so long more than a month & i hadn’t received a single order yet, It is now well past those dates, and both are hopelessly delayed. The app just shows a generic "overwhelming number of orders" excuse, which is a blatant cover-up for sheer incompetence.
To make matters worse, their courier partner, Shadowfax, is a complete joke. The tracking is completely stuck, and the delivery personnel refuse to pick up my calls. You cannot force customers to pre-pay and then completely ghost them without delivering their items.
If you value your hard-earned money and your peace of mind, stay far away from this app. They take your payment instantly but give you zero support and endless delays in return. Unprofessional, unreliable, and downright frustrating! FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE!

There’s an bug I saw. In women tshirts when I saw it’s available but when I click this it’s showing sold out in the full item card only, please fix this . It’s a time waste for as visiting each item and seeing it’s a sold out products .
